Overall a great addition to West Branch. Food was tasty and hot. Staff was quick to pick up your plate when done with it. Any food item running low were quickly refilled. The place was clean. Staff were courteous and kind and there were many. Gloves were used and seen on workers. Very detailed sushi bar, good variety. Decent desert area. Easy to have conversations. Decent lighting. Great parking. Highly recommended.

AWFUL FOOD, and when I called to tell them about our takeout, he could have cared less. Go somewhere else! Disgusting chicken bits mostly batter in sesame chicken. Dry fried rice, no veggies in it. No crab in the ragoon. It’s in the trash as my request offered no refund “that’s just the way our food is.” Im looking forward to the new buffet place to open.

We love it here! Coming from Lewiston just for dinner, and let me tell you this place has always been worth it!! We started off with some dumplings and eggrolls then for the main event we had Moo Shu Beef (wrapped table-side by our server) and the Chef’s Sizzling Plate that has beef, chicken, real crab legs, scallops and shrimp. Wow! Or bill was only $53 and we were stuffed and took leftovers home.

I am always happy with the food and service here. We get the Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken nearly every visit. Crab Rangoon and Egg Drop soup as well.

This was our first visit to China Inn. We were seated right away. The restaurant has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The wait staff were friendly. The food was delicious. The lunch portions are perfect. We definitely will be going back.

People on here with the negative reviews don’t even know what Chinese restaurant they ate at. This restaurant doesn’t even have a buffet or sushi. What this restaurant does have some of the best Chinese Szechuan cuisine I have ever eaten. Very clean and awesome atmosphere. Friendly and prompt service. I definitely will return. The only wish it was closer. Nothing in the tri city of Michigan has Chinese food this good

What a gem! Stopped in on the way up north. Great Mongolian beef and fried dumplings. Very friendly staff. This is definitely going to be a regular lunch stop when headed north.

On our way up north we stopped in for lunch. Typically we have dinner, so it was a nice change. The lunch prices were PHENOMENAL! Spent about $13/person before tip (including my drink & his hot tea).
Our food was delivered immediately after being plated. We could tell by the temperature. It was hot, like you’d have at home when cooking. The crab rangoons & the hot & sour soup here are the best ones I’ve had. I got the Chicken Hunan (picture) & my husband had the Shrimp Szechuan.
