I’d give 6 star if I could. Driving through Nebraska and seeing a Chinese restaurant with 4.9 google reviews left me deeply skeptical of course. We walked in on a Sunday early afternoon and there was one table open! Food came a few minutes after we ordered and the quality is as good as any coastal city Chinese diner. The Szechuan chicken was a tad bit sweeter than the Hunan triple but both were excellent! The owner has an infectious laughter, he’s nice, fast and funny! I wish we had a Chinese place like this in our town!

Stopped here on our way back to Chicago. Awesome food and what a friendly environment. They were great with helping with our little kids and more importantly getting them to actually eat. Highly recommend the Mongolian Beef! Well worth the stop!

I was in Lexington, and looking for a dining option other than a chain or Mexican food. This was the only thing Google came up with, and it really knocked it out of the park. This is one of the four best places I know around the country for Chinese food.

Great place for lunch. Full plate of food, plenty of food for me. Was absolutely delicious. I got it spicy. Was not over the top hot but just right. Wonton soup was good. Last time I got take out. Was just as great.

Lexington is known for having phenomenal Mexican food, however the best place to eat in Lexington is hands down China Hy. The food is always delicious and the portion sizes are humongous. The real star of the restaurant is the friendly and hilarious waiters. China Hy is a must try if you are in the area.

Wish the restaurant was in Lincoln. Delicious!!!! Love the Mongolian beef…we added mushrooms. Also had shrimp with lobster sauce and other entrees that were really good as well. Super friendly. Went 3 times recently and they were always busy but service was still great and prettyquick. . Love the pretty plates as well. Large servings and great value for the money.
