My mom order it with brown sauce before and it was white and we ordered from here again and gave her white sauce so when my mom called and tried explaining then HANGED UP. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Also the food is sometimes burnt.

Ordered steamed dumplings for my daughter, General tos chicken with egg roll for myself, and half chicken with shrimp fried rice for my husband. The food didn’t look very nice but we ate it anyway. We all got sick. My daughter threw up all night. On top of getting sick the lady at the desk is very unpleasant. When I called to let them know we got sick she denied ever delivering to our address but we have receipt. Most expensive Chinese restaurant in my area and the food not fresh or safe to eat. I am beyond upset!

So I ordered food for my pregnant girlfriend and when the food came and we saw black chicken and black fries and some poorly cooked rice my girlfriend lost her appetite I called to complain. The lady on the phone just raised her voice and cut me off multiple times and eventually hung up the phone when I refused the other rice they would’ve sent for $6 more it’s a very disgusting place to order from….I don’t recommend especially after reading a review about someone finding a maggot in their food

I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. Woman on the phone was very rude, constantly raising her voice. I received horrific food, the chicken was black, the fries WERE BLACK. Oil is definitely not changed and old. The rice was poorly cooked and wasn’t what I asked for, it was mushy and disgusting. I called to complain and the woman yelled at me through the phone trying to tell me what I ORDERED, saying I WAS WRONG. She then offered to send me what I had originally asked for……FOR 6 MORE FCKIN DOLLARS! When I kindly asked her to learn how to cook rice, she hung up, THE AUDACITY. FAC YU

I’ve eaten here several times and the quality has really gone down. The meat tasted very off so my family and I ended up not eating any of our food. The chicken wings weren’t cooked all the way through. It feels like the food is being kept warm all day instead of being made fresh. BEWARE

Oh My God. This is my new chinese food spot. It’s been about a year since I last ordered and I wasnt too happy then, but I just ordered and the food is AMAZING!!! NOT greasy or oily, its perfection. When I called they were so polite and professional, the food came I’m a descent time, nice and hot their boneless spareribs actually have flavor. I am in love with their vegetable fried rice. Thank you for making my night with such great food!!!

The owner is soo rude and always with an attitude And in a rush omg !!!! The kids that help her are soo sweet I feel bad for them becuz the mother is messing up their future Business … the food used to be good but pass year or two none stop nasty food old and the owner all she cares about is money the place is dirty and last time I saw her using her hands to put chicken in the oil and fries. While she was eating something and touching money she didn’t wash her hands. … this was my last time I ordered. I feel sick …:(

the place is super filthy and gross. sometimes i wait for the bus at the stop near here and look in the window and the windowsill is filled with huge, dead bug carcasses. the people who answer the phone are loud, rude and they mess up my order often on the rare occasion i order from here. the last time i did they sent me two orders of my food when i ordered one but they misunderstood me to be asking for two when i just said the number of my address. still shady tbh. and the food is greasy (i know chinese food tends to be) but it is unnecessarily so and everything tastes stale. the food here used to be pretty good but it is so below subpar now. it’s okay if you crave chinese late at night like i do sometimes but it’s best to look elsewhere for better food at better prices.
