The food was good and fresh from the buffet. We didn’t have to wait too long to order. I will be going back!

Ordered food from here last night, the food was good but how ever I had a fountain drink with my order. I didn’t have on my glasses but I think I seen a mess around the fountain drink and I smelled an odor. Got home and was super sick. We threw up the drink mostly!!!!

I ordered thru GrubHub & this was probably my 3rd order from China Hat. The only thing good was the delivery. I mean it was delivered 16 min early so that tells me the reason my food was barely warm (not piping hot like always) and it tasted old! The only thing I ate was the egg roll because that was fried fresh in the short amount of time they “cooked” my order. Bad experience

I had never been to this location’s before. When China Hot closed, I was looking toward finding another Chinese food home restaurant and ended up here. When I first walked in, a little boy behind the cashier’s desk took my order. I thought that was so neat that they were starting the little boy off into working. He could not have been no older than 7 or 9. He handled my order and credit well.

The service was quick; the food was OK, but I honestly felt like people (customers) were watching me. It’s situated around other stores, like it’s squeezed into a corner of it. I wouldn’t come here during the night.

__Aware of the name of the store. Just a typo. Been corrected.

No extra sauce, I don’t think the rice was fried, I think it was just boiled brown rice, yuck. The veggies and the chicken looked and tasted like they were three days in the pot, mushy. Ordering was impolite, didn’t ask a name, no price given, no thankyou. just hung up.

Oh I love this place! I always get it delivered through Uber Eats! It is always delish and hot and really fixed and wrapped great! I get the chilli sauce extra and they do not even charge for it!
The delivery has always arrived under an hour! Not to mention you order 5 orders over 15.00 and you get a coupon! Thank you China Hat!

The bourbon sauce was perfect! The chicken was good. The lo mein was just buttered linguine noodles. No seasoning. No vegetables or cabbage. Just buttered noodles.

It was decent food. They voided my payment and then resubmitted it a few weeks later. That was weird.

I am here working in Shreveport Louisiana from Chicago, Illinois. Was looking for a good Chinese food for a Friday night meal.So this place showed up with the best spicy shrimp fried rice.I drove 10 min from my hotel since the power was out there (that for another review) . Place my order for the shrimp fried rice and mongolian beef. The fried rice is simply vegetable rice that they added shrimp to the dish. I’m not saying it wasn’t edible, but definitely not shrimp fried rice. The Mongolian beef had a few pieces of beef but mostly onion and peppers. They gave it to me in a styrofoam container versus a container that wouldn’t allow the gravy to leak out in the bag. I believe presentation is everything as well as taste. You never know some of your customers may become returning customers in the future if it is done right. The establishment could stand an upgrade if not just a good cleaning. I don’t think I will be visiting here again during my stay.
