This is the best Chinese takeout place I’ve ever found! I’m very satisfied with their service, especially when I call to place an order; they always get my order right. Moreover, their food perfectly suits my taste, and they even accommodate my requests to add or remove ingredients. The food is great, and the wonton soup is absolutely delicious! I’ve had wonton soup at other restaurants, but most of the time the meat in the wontons doesn’t taste right. I’m giving them five stars because they are very friendly and polite, and their service and food are fantastic!

My wife and I ordered the honey chicken with rice and the chicken with broccoli. While my wife was eating, she found a hair wrapped around a piece of chicken. She immediately stopped eating. I called the restaurant to request a refund, but they told me I had to bring the food back, which I did.
When I arrived, instead of issuing a refund, they gave me a soup and a Coke that I did not ask for because my wife doesn’t even like soup.
After returning home, I continued eating my meal and then choked on a piece of hair that was in my rice. At that point, my wife called China Gourmet because this was now the second time hair was found in our food from the same order.
The restaurant accused her of lying and continued to argue with her on the phone. They again demanded that we bring the food back, even though we had already gone there twice. We refused to make another trip. They then refused to issue a refund.
Because of the food contamination and the way this situation was handled, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and will never eat here again.

This is best Chinese takeout I have ever had. They claim they are NY style, but they’re actually better…I am from NY, and I’ve had NYC, Queens, Long Island and NJ Chinese takeout, but this beats all of them. Top notch place, very clean, and everyone there is friendly. Get the Mongolian chicken and wonton soup!

Some of the chicken wings were fried too much and were hard to eat. The BBQ ribs were good as well as the shrimp fried rice, pork lo mein, chicken noodle soup and Szechuan shrimp. The shrimp were nice and big. Good portions. Not too salty.

Fast, friendly service, great food, and pretty inexpensive for how much food they give. It is also conveniently open pretty late. I got the vegetable egg foo young which included three patties of egg foo young, a container of rice, another container of sauce, and a fortune cookie. It ended up being two meals for me.
