This is a very small hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in downtown Sidney that we found. When we walked in it was empty, but they had only been open for an hour, and VERY quiet not even music. The waitress was very nice & friendly and made sure we always had refills. The sodas they serve are from a can so they go flat pretty quickly once poured over the ice in the small glasses they bring you.
The food however was a pretty big letdown.
The appetizers were fairly good aside from the chicken wings that came on the Pu Pu Platter, they were very greasy, but the presentation was great. The hot&sour soup was decent. The fried rice was the best part of the meal although subpar compared to other places I’ve eaten. My husband ordered the beef&broccoli but couldn’t eat it because he said it tasted “off”. One of our friends ordered General Taos chicken and said it was ok but didn’t have the normal spice kick it should have had. I had the pepper steak and it was a very odd flavor and very sweet for some reason. Our other friend however…lol. He ordered the Lo Mein and what came out was nowhere near what it should have been, because it was just spaghetti noodles with the meat & veggies just thrown in there with no sauce.
We come through here a decent amount for work and I can say this is one restaurant I don’t think we will be back to. Not completely horrible but definitely a let down and would recommend trying the Mexican restaurant down the street over this place.

The food has been fantastic my whole life. I always get the fried rice, egg drop soup, and fried wontons. My husband loves the beef teriyaki sticks and crab rangoon. I meant to take a picture, but we scarfed it down before I thought to. The prices are also pretty fantastic.

The VERY best Chinese food I’ve had in ages. The restaurant is spotless. Bathroom was clean. Service was superb. My husband and I walked out stuffed, for under $20. Sidney Ne should be keeping this place packed all day and night. Will definitely stop again.

Pleasant gem hidden in plain sight, service is fantastic, prompt and courteous and very clean dining area. We opened with egg rolls and the entries were eye appealing and tasted execellent with large portions. I highly recommend a visit as we will be returning.

Ordered to go, they had poor packaging, noodles were bland, needed more seasoning, vegetables were raw instead of being cooked to the minimum it should have been, egg rolls for soggy, the rice was too dry and tasted disgusting.
5/5 prices
1/5 packaging
1/5 food quality
Hopefully it was a bad night, but if this stands true for others I don’t recommend and I won’t be going there again.

Service was fine, nothing was wrong with our order, but the food was just bad. Fried rice was just rice tossed around with some oil, no veggies or anything in it. We did find some traces of egg. Lo mein was spaghetti noodles. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like thickened Kook-Aid. Not sure how anyone gave them more than 3 stars. I only gave 2 because the service was good. Won’t be going back.

absolutely gross. i am pretty sure the egg drop soup is from a box you can get at the store. the lo mein is actually spaghetti noodles. got the spicy sesame pork and all you can taste is balsamic vinegar. and to boot the chef was talking smack about us in the back when we asked to exchange it for the sesame chicken ( tasted the same) will not return.

The egg rolls tasted like soap, the egg drop soup tasted like corn..and the orange chicken was a breaded pattie with orange sauce. THE RICE WAS OK..
