I ordered through door dash. I called the store for sweet/sour sauce. Manager assured me it was in the bag. No sauce, rice tasteless and cold. Egg drop soup w/no crispy noodles, drummettes was hard. I called the manager back, 9 50, he picked up phone and realized it was me and said, we close and hung up the phone. I spent $30 for poor quality, rude service, tasteless and was lied to. I will never order again from hear. I originally thought I had ordered from China Garden on Parklane. They get it right EVERY time. Don’t waste your money at Sparleberry

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to this establishment. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, marked by an unfavorable odor, and the quality of the food was subpar, both in taste and aroma. When I requested additional sauce, the staff member I interacted with declined my request. Moreover, I discovered that the chicken I had sampled was not fully cooked.
Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that deductions would be made for the egg roll and the portion of chicken I had already tasted which was one piece of chicken that was only bitten. The odor was so unpleasant I could not eat the food. The staff member displayed a lack of professionalism, citing her busy schedule due to a large order, which made her unaccommodating. Additionally, she instructed me not to return to the restaurant and communicated to me in an unprofessional manner in her native language.
I sought clarification from her husband regarding her behavior, to which he responded that it was acceptable. I must emphasize that I have never encountered such discourteous treatment within a customer service context. Consequently, I have decided not to patronize this restaurant in the future, and I believe it would be prudent for the appropriate health authorities to conduct an inspection, considering the apparent issues with sanitation and cleanliness within the establishment.

NEVER AGAIN!
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, and this time I decided to try something different. Unfortunately, the rice was hard and the dish had more onions than meat. I barely touched the food. I called to let them know, and they asked me to bring it back. When I did, the woman at the counter actually raised her voice at me.
I asked why she was upset, and she said it was because I “always order the same thing” and tried something new that I “didn’t like.” The issue isn’t that I didn’t like it—it’s that the rice was hard and the meal was mostly onions with very little meat.
What really bothered me was her attitude. She raised her voice at a loyal customer of 15 years over a mistake on their end. It was completely unprofessional, and unfortunately, they’ve lost my business because of it.

Avoid this place.. the service was horrible.. they don’t care about your business. The food was subpar.. I ordered beef and broccoli, house fried rice and extra egg.. I got maybe 4 pieces of beef and it was $17.00! The guy knew it was subpar.. he dropped the plate and disappeared.. house fried rice had a few shrimp.. slither or two of chicken and pork… won’t go here again and recommend you don’t either!

Literally the worst smell I’ve ever smelled in my life. Soon as you walk through the door it hits you real hard. I had to cover my mouth with my jacket because not breathing through my nose just wasn’t cutting it. And even then the smell got through my jacket still.

The food is great, But! their over charging. Even with extra tax , they’re still charging almost $6 more for nothing. The struggle is real, and this is not a rehearsal. Can someone please report them. The prices on the menu is not what they’re charging. Again THEIR OVER CHARING!!! Please add up your total before you go.Report them!
