Recently moved back to Northwest Ohio and was looking for a good chinese restaurant. This isn’t it. All the food was bland. I ordered chicken fried rice for my husband and there was no chicken, no vegetables, and no flavor in it. It was just rice which looked to have been fried in soy sauce. My almond chicken also had no vegetables and had the same kind of rice. As for the crab rangoon, it was an improvement, but not by much. The lady that helped me when I picked up my order was super sweet and friendly though.

Firstly, this is one of the few Chinese places left with a dine-in option. It is a rather cute place. Definitely not your modern “all hard surfaces so it’s hard to talk” place. It is a nice place to sit and talk with family and friends. Booths were nice and cushioned.
The food was delicious and it reminded me of my favorite place from back home in Kokomo IN. Some Chinese food seems like it’s from the same distributer, but not this place. This food was flavorful and slightly different than any other place in the area. I had the lunch sweet and sour chicken special with an order of fried wontons.
The egg rolls in particular were superb. Fresh veggies and meat all wrapped in a flakey and crunchy outside. In my opinion and experience, it is rather hard to find an egg roll with all these qualities. I would drive there just to eat a couple of these bad boys alone.
My only complaint was the rice. It was a bit hard and possibly dried out, but then again I was there at the tail end of lunch. It might have been in a warmer a tad too long. I will definitely be coming here again. And when I do, I will be giving the rice a second try.

Best kept secret for Asian freshly prepared food. NEVER disappointed! I don’t understand why this place isn’t crowded…BEST fresh HOMEMADE egg rolls within 30 mi! Sweet owners with VERY clean establishment. Been around a few years so maybe newness is worn off, but IT’S THE BEST QUALITY around. Ask for Tina. She’s so sweet!

We had a family lunch at China Garden and it was amazing. All our food was fresh and made to order. The Mongolian beef was tender and had just the right amount of spice. Our food came out quickly, and the service was very attentive. We ordered 4 appetizers and 5 meals plus drinks. Our total bill was less than $90. We plan on making this a regular dinner stop.

Wonderful little restaurant owned by a delightful local couple for many years. The food is delicious and abundant, perfect won ton soup, Mongolian beef spiced hot just the way I like it, and a hot, crispy fresh egg roll. If a buffet is your thing, this isn’t your place, but if you want authentic Chinese food cooked to order, this is the perfect mom and pop establishment. Easy to get to and quiet with reasonable prices.

Lunch came with all the food temperature hot which felt great since the day was chilly and wet. Service was good and wait staff friendly. I asked for my dish to be medium hot spice-wise and it was perfect. The egg roll was very good.
