We ordered food for delivery from this store and were told it would be ready in about 45 minutes. After waiting around 45 minutes with no call or update, we called to follow up. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and told us that since we live across the street, we could “literally come and pick it up ourselves.”
That response was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will never order from this store again. The food itself is good, but the customer service is terrible. People should not be treated this way. Zero stars if that were possible.

Ordered the food over the phone, after 30 minutes called to check in and the lady on the phone was rude. Decided to wait and give it the benefit of the doubt. Called after another 20 minutes passed by and at that point it’s been 50 minutes since we ordered. The lady on the phone was again incredibly rude and told us to just pick it up when we ordered delivery, at that point we cancelled the order. The lateness I can excuse to a point but the straight up rude and disrespect was inexcusable.

Food tasted old. Currently 6:16, chicken is dry and tastes re-fried. The peanut noodles had nearly no peanut sauce. The cashew chicken was flavorful. The employee customer service was less poor.

I’ve been going to this place on & off for four years now, but no longer. THREE TIMES have i found LONG hair in my food. barf. one time, two times, but THREE TIMES? It’s literally entangled in my chicken and broccoli. Actually disgusting.

On the website, it does say that the credit/debit card minimum is $10. You need to put that in your website. The Chinese lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful, and unprofessional. I ordered White rice and they give me pork fried rice. Make sure to check your order before you walk out the door. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place.

Do NOT eat here. This place is straight-up disgusting. Roaches crawling down the walls while the owners look the other way like it’s normal. The food? Trash—tasteless, cheap portions, not worth a dime. And if you’re not watching closely, they’ll even try to rob you on the sales tax. Absolute bottom-of-the-barrel spot. Stay far away.
