Chicken, beef sticks, egg rolls, and egg foo young were all good. Lo Mein and rice were kind of bland. Service was good and fast. Take out only.

I don’t like to give anywhere a one star review but the food quality was poor and the service was abysmal. The soup broth was tasteless. The beef skewers were rubbery and the general tso chicken sauce was mostly sugar without any other flavor to balance it out. If you like sweet Crab Rangoon, this is the place for you. Sugar seems to be their primary ingredient whatever the dish. When we requested hot mustard it was $1 charge. That’s fine but when we checked our bag at pick up, no hot mustard. They said they were out so we asked to refund the charge. We were told no, they were too busy in the back so no she wasn’t even going to ask. Overall a disappointing experience.

Food is comparable to cafeteria type or mall type Chinese food. Its ok. But nothing to write home to mom about. Sometimes is good Sometimes it not good at all. Place never opened back up w buffet after 2020 happened. Still runs as a take out operation. No indoors seating available.

The gutter of Chinese food, idk iftgey changed ownership but the food is hitius, last 3 times I’ve been such a change, worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and then the offer a credit instead of a refund on my food that’s either overcooked or under cooked, the chicken fingers were like a brick, the egg rolls once my favorite tasted horrible now and were ver under cooked being extremely doughy and cold in the middle, the teriyaki sticks were fat and grizzled with no real meat, fried rice was white rice with some vegetables and extremely under cooked as well..icant believe I tried to give them so many chances wasted money, I just want my $50 back, 1 order overcooked chicken fingers, grizzly beef sticks, plan rice with raw vegetables supposed to be fried rice and 4 egg rolls under cooked doughy and cold, that alot of money these days for just a couple things and all were horrible ,, I don’t want a restaurant credit after the 3rd time of garbage , i want a $50 refund!!!

I’ve ordered three times in the last two months.it has been at most room temperature yet the food wasn’t done when we got there to pick it up.the rice has absolutely no flavor.3 strikes outta here.

Delicious food. Portions are very generous. Heat can often be modified. Extensive and varied menu. Very helpful and polite staff. Unfortunately, just takeout and orders may take longer than usual on Fridays and holidays.

The food is always delicious; however, that never makes up for the fact that you always have to wait well over an hour for your food, even though they tell you food will be ready in 45-50 minutes. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it has now been 4 different times where I had to wait 90 minutes for my food. They should just be honest at time of order of how long the wait will be so that you can make an informed decision about waiting or ordering from Joy Wah.

Food was terrible, it was so greasy the bag it came in was saturated with grease. PU PU platter was filled up with chicken nuggets, fried shrimp was like a thick greasy donut. The egg roll was dripping of grease and no idea what the filling was. Sweet and sour soup no flavor what so ever. Chef special S10 the chicken really salty and no Hunan style flavor at all.
We did complain and returned our food and got our money back.This place is take out only at this time.

I’m a travel nurse and got off late and was hungry I came in 30 mins before closing on a Sunday and the food was fantastic, yummy and delicious. The lady at the counter was nice and smiling. I appreciate them accommodating me right before closing.

Really good Chinese food! The crab rangoons were great, we loved the chicken fingers and house fried rice. Only complaint is we ordered sweet & sour chicken, and it was like the chicken fingers but popcorn chicken with sauce on the side. We were expecting more of an entree of actual sweet and sour chicken, not the puffy chicken. Other than that, great food great price
