My fiancé and I ordered from here for the first time and the first thing they did wrong was take our order wrong over the phone. My fiancé went back to the store to ask for a refund for the order and they argued with him and called him slurs and stupid. They didnt not give him a full refund but once he said he would cal the cops they decided to give him partial refund and let him take the food he wanted. Just for us to try the food and it had absolutely no flavor to it and was cold/soggy. I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service and poor food.

My family and I order wonton soup, spring rolls, combination platters, etc. We love their affordable delicious Chinese food, order accuracy, polite and family friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Usually very well. However today I ordered at 539. At 639 I still had not received my food. I called an asked what was the hold up and they tell me they tried calling me numerous times which was false. Then told me my card do not work. Then said we were just gonna wait until you called us. What type of customer service is that. So I waited an hour anticipating my food to be delivered. Horrible customer service. I even had the teller read me out my phone number. I’ve eaten here for years an never have they done anything like this
