I was not happy to begin. BAD FOOD
The food was subpar. The service was quick. The environment felt lacking. I was not happy with the breaded shrimp still have the poop vein as you can see in the pictures. Chicken was crunchy on the inside felt like chewing leather. Why make ribs if they are going to look like the one in the picture. Just a big no for me. Kroger brand chocolate. I know times are tough but really come on, at 40 dollars for my 3year old, my girlfriend and I, really expected more. It’s chocolate even if you go through a bottle in two days or three 5 dollar bottle shouldn’t be that much of a problem. Even order it in bulk. Only thing that redeemed our dinner was the sushi, it was all I started eating at the end of the meal. I had about 4 plates of it to make sure we got our money’s worth. All in all I will not be back. I know it’s family owned and I wish to not say anything bad but it was not good.

Overall a very great place to go to eat. The food is always awesome and warm. Buffet price is good. The staff is always kind. The food never runs out because the cooks always replace one thing once it runs out almost instantly. Definitely a go to place.

Despite this place being somewhat small and the spread being slightly smaller than a big place, its always been one of my favorite Asian buffets in the NKY area. Been there probably 15-20 times over the years and its always great. Not a fancy place at all, but prices are average, cleanliness is average.

We went for the lunch buffet which was a great deal for everything they offer. Food was overall pretty great. The sushi when we went could have been a little more fresh. Everything else I had was good however. Staff were kind and super quick to provide refills and for clearing the table. Overall pretty good option for a buffet and would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never leave bad reviews. I usually just don’t return. But this is very important for public safety. My family went today to have lunch. All of us got different things off the buffet. All were cold, not even warm, cold! So I discretely went to management to let them know they need to check the food temps and maybe raise the tables heat levels. The manger went and got a temp gun to take the temps of the foods. It was way too low! 100°-120° for several of the items he checked. Not one item was at the required 140° for safe levels. He didn’t offer to correct the issue, but argued with me. Even brought the paper work for safe food handling to my table, which said it needed to be higher than what the food was registering. I’m reporting to the health department but feel the public should he informed.

Everyone working here is extremely RUDE. They all acted like they didn’t want to be there. No smiles or good customer service. They barely wiped down a table for the next customer to use. The food was Terrible! Tasted nasty! I will NEVER go there again. Totally GROSS!! Worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at.

The food was tasty, hot, and fresh. The atmosphere was dated but clean (bathrooms could use a little more attention). Nice staff… they were as involved as your typical buffet staff. Pizza and fries are available for younger kids, and they do have a frozen yogurt machine. Sushi was excellent.

March; my go to restaurant for Asian buffet in Florence! The food is always plentiful and hot.
Jan 2024; took granddaughter for dinner last weekend and once again we were quite happy and full. Would recommend this for a good Asian buffet. Also ordered the orange chicken to take home for him, it was really very good and came with fried rice, egg roll, crab Rangoon and at a very good price.
Downside was the bathrooms could really use a cleaning, full garbage cans and messy.
Dec 2023; 3 weeks later and we’re back. Once again a good buffet, shrimp, sushi, and frog legs were great. Crab Rangoon disappointed, tasted like cream cheese only.
$12. Sunday lunch, til 4pm, dinner $15. Great selection for the price. Children under 11 priced less.
Nov; Very good buffet, much improved in the last year. Food trays were kept full of fresh and hot food. Fresh sushi being made while there, tables kept clear of used dishes, staff alert and timely. Frog legs were fabulous!
They’ve been on improving all around service and food over the past couple years and have hit the mark of a good Asian buffet. We will definitely frequent more often and recommend to others. $14. for adult dinner.
