I don’t hand out these ratings lightly. I have tested this Chick-fil-A on multiple occasions to see if they can get orders right, Make fresh food, and provide high-quality service. I’m not exaggerating when I say that they have literally never failed. If you’re looking for a Chick-fil-A, that is top-notch and represents the brand well this is your place. They are always so helpful and the food is the best.

This is a great place to eat if they would get my order right. I have had several issues in the past 3 months with my order or price of my order. Im grateful for the free biscuit Tuesdays but I am starting to think it’s a scam seeing that I state I want the free biscuit with additional purchase and they repeat the biscuit is free but charge me for it at the drive through. I brought it to their attention today and got a card for future use. So basically they made it bogo. That is not what is advertised!

This is my favorite lunch spot on Saturdays with my granddaughter especially when it’s cold. She absolutely loves the playground and the kids that she needs there. It doesn’t hurt that these are her favorite chicken nuggets and mac and cheese

This is the quality i expect and love from Chicfila. This Chicfila is very clean, great staff, food and ordering is great and just cant get better. Above most chicfilas i have been to and i would drive 30 mins to eat at this specific one. The flowers are a nice touch and it was so clean except the bathrooms needed a bit of work 🙂

Was already in a sour mood because I saw the sign for CFA on the interstate, but had to drive about 15 minutes out of the way to get to it. I’ve never seen a sign for something that far away from the interstate. It’s actually closer to use a different exit.
Then the wait for my food after ordering was close to 10 minutes. They brought the wrong order out and had to wait again for the right order.

First time I ever had a rude,disrespectful person take my order at any chick-fil-a. There was a younger lady being trained at the cash register when we were getting ready to order.
I kindly said ‘ hey, how are you today ?’ She gives me this mean mug and says ‘ dine in or carry out ?’
I jokingly said ‘ you can at least say hi back or something.’
This young girl proceeds to roll her eyes at me. Her manager, or team lead training her saw this also. He then took my order and made her step to the side. Cheers to that guy, he was nice .
Then another customer came up to ask for a straw while I was paying and that young girl gave them a look and moved in slow motion getting it and handing it. She gave that person a mean look also.
She is not chik fil a material . If you don’t like people , then find another job.
