The food was fresh, arrived quickly and had tons of flavor. Our server was very very attentive and friendly. The only downside was the smell lingering in the dining room. Not sure if it was mildew or cleaning products.

Family owned place, very authentic food and very fast and friendly service. The prices were also very good, about 15 dollars a plate, but the portion sizes were very big. Everything was fresh and came out very quickly.

I recently visited here and was thoroughly impressed! The beef broccoli and Lemon Chicken were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The decor was charming and created such a cozy atmosphere.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.
I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

So Not happy with this Vietnamese noodle bowl. Nothing what it should be and it was not good. I could not eat it. I usually do not post bad reviews, but I am so disappointed and this was my breaking point. Tired of Getting crappy food at restaurants
and paying way too much for it. Got two noodle bowls and almost $16 apiece not OK restaurants need us start stepping up. Look at the picture I posted would you pay almost $16 for this?

THE BEST SWEET AND SOUR PORK EVER! I grew up in Hong Kong, and sweet and sour pork has always been my favorite dish — but even after going back this summer, nothing compared to the version here at China Cafe! The pork is perfectly crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in the most flavorful sweet and tangy sauce. Every bite brings me back home.
The service is fast, friendly, and professional. The restaurant itself is spotless and has a classy, welcoming atmosphere. Their milk tea is also amazing! It’s rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes fresh.
It’s hands down the best Chinese food in Castle Rock. If you love delicious flavors and quality cooking, you have to try China Cafe!

I love this place since it is close to my house and the food is decently good. I am frustrated that the online menu does not include the ingredients in the description. I wanted to try something new and am on a budget, so I was wanting to get something without veggies so I could make it last for a few meals. I ordered the curry chicken since no vegetables are listed in the description. When I brought it home and opened it more than half of the entire box were vegetables. The egg drop soup also does not mention any tofu and it is filled with it. Describe your dishes in full or else you are lying about what you are selling. I gave four stars because I have been coming to this place most of my life.

Our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant! It’s definitely the best in the whole state! I can’t get enough of the chicken lo mein—it’s my go-to every other week! Everything tastes so fresh and delicious, never fishy or oily. And let’s not forget how amazing Vivian and CJ are—they’re always so accommodating and sweet! We just love it here “

Great dinner tonight! The waitress was helpful and quick getting our order in. We ordered Kung Pao Shrimp and Thai Basil Combination with brown rice. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the meat was tender and spiced just right. Both dishes were delicious and we had enough to take sone home, too. The owner stopped by to see how everything was. Our favorite for Chinese in Castle Rock!

I didn’t realize this place is located in a little strip of stores. Very simple inside but the food was fresh and tasty.
The tofu dishes don’t come with veggies so I requested that on the side and they were fine with making a side order of steamed veg. The mapo tofu was slightly spicy, nothing to worry about.
My friend enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken and wonton soup. Egg rolls were more like spring rolls.
Overall they were very nice and the woman was very attentive. Would definitely recommend it in the area.

My family met up with some friends at China Cafe. We were a party of 6 for dinner. Ordered curry chicken, beef chow fun and chicken chow fun (so 2 orders of drunken noodles), cheese wonton, fried egg rolls, and chicken wings.
Food was sent out fast. The waiter was extremely attentive to our needs and we enjoyed our food. The restaurant owner met with us and chatted a bit and during the brief conversation, she overheard the 3 young kids say the drunken noodles were spicy. She then told us that she’d send out a chicken lo mein on the house for the kids!! We thanked her and a few minutes later, she came out with a full entree! Our kids AND us enjoyed the lo mein and thought that she’s really kind and demonstrated super high level of customer service! How rare is that!
The owners are also Castle Rock residents, so I thought to write this review to encourage more locals to visit. They had been the new owners for about 2 years.
One thing I wish was for the restaurant to be brighter so it didn’t look so dingy.
