Let me say this first, it is RARE that I go out of my way to leave a bad review for places. Most of the time, it’s not that deep. The economy is trash and everyone’s just trying to keep a roof over their head. I get it.
However, do not go here or order delivery from here unless you plan on waiting for at least an hour. Especially do not order ahead on the BK app because you will have to fight customer service tooth and nail to get your money back.
The wait time was an issue even back in the fall, and I hoped by now it would get better, but apparently not. It just makes me really sad to see this place decline after the old manager left. Burger King food has always been better than McDonald’s, so it sucks to have to choose McDonald’s because I don’t have time to waste like that.
It’d be one thing if it was a one-off occurrence, but this location has never recovered. Having worked both food service and retail, and having friends who have worked for Burger King specifically, under-staffing is not the problem. Even understaffed stores don’t struggle this much.

I waited for two hours from my Food from 7:02 to 8:47 I contact the location and they said it’s been sitting on the warmer for the past 30 minutes until DoorDash delivery respond but I did another estimated time another 30 minutes my food was disgusting and soggy, and here’s the proof for the time I order, and my food is soggy I just wish Burger King remake my order if they know it’s been sitting under the warmer for two hours. I’ll try to cancel for the last hour and get a refund, but the Burger King app was not helping and I contact DoorDash said that was not helping either they told me I need to contact Burger King look how nasty my burger was soggy

The consistently great service and outstanding food at the western lights Burger King is always excellent, I can count on hot coffee exactly how I like it every time ,the breakfast sandwiches that I get just about every morning are delicious, the staff and managers at that store are always ready to serve you , recently one of the regular morning crew by the name of paul went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, I said I could use some extra napkins and some ketchup and he had me pull forward and ran it right out !! There was only 1 car ahead of me and behind as well but it took like 25 minutes for my food to come out. Not to mention it was cold and disappointing. I’ve had 3 bad experience so far. The first two times I let it slide and said maybe its just bad timing or rough luck. But after the 3rd time of trash service/food I had to write this review. Do your best to avoid this Burger King. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 6 minutes to the one off Geddes. Youll probably get your food faster there.

Staff was not attentive and was more interested in fooling around with each other. The Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper is one of the best offerings that Burger King has ever created and it comes in a junior size as well. My onion rings were limp and unappetizing.

People were super nice, very quick too. Paul and the other workers were super fast with giving us our food and cracked jokes too at the window. Definitely a 5 star!!!

Waited almost an hour for my drive through (no line by the way). Workers were very rude also and I can’t stand rude people. Have never reviewed a place but this one truly bothered me as there was no need to be rude.

Just waited 20 minutes for our food. Possibly longer. Food is cold. No refund/coupon or anything. Understaffed for a Friday evening. Disorganized. Not happy. Will never come here again. Tried giving me my order without items clearly on the receipt. And the manger was the one putting our order together
