This is the best “Chinese” food I have ever had. We were referred here by a coworker and they did not disappoint. What makes this food so amazing are the sauces and the seasonings are so perfectly blended together to create so my
much flavor. Most Asian food restaurants are lacking in this department. The service was great, drink menu unique and vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended. We will happily drive the hour + to visit again

Top place for Chinese food in SE Michigan. Maybe best in all of Michigan! The seafood Lettuce cups were so good. Large pieces of scallops, lobster and squid etc. with nice crispy lettuce cups. And the Imperial fried rice was the best ever. If you enjoy Chinese food you must visit China cafe.

Some of the best and highest quality asian food I’ve ever had. The sesame chicken and the shrimp drunken noodles were a perfect combination. Loved the spice level. Will totally recommend this to anyone in the area looking for high quality Asian food. My date thought he left his wallet in there (false alarm) and they were very nice about it haha.

3/5 China Cafe’s another pretty restaurant with subpar food. It’s possible my standards are a bit higher than the usual patron because I know what it means to have authentic Chinese food from NYC and NJ. However, I’ve come across comparable quality spots in the area (e.g., Jeff’s Kitchen and Royal Wall) so I’m just going to stick with those from here on.

Ordered the thai chicken and eggplant entree. Asked to have it extra spicy and was instead served a meal that tasted like an entire bag of sugar was dumped into it. Nothing savory about it and I highly recommend you don’t advertise this as a thai dish going forward. My husband tried it and agreed with me. I had plenty of it left over and ended up throwing away the majority of it when I got home because I couldn’t stomach what was left. Makes me sad it went to waste.

Giving credit where it’s due, the staff were polite and provided excellent service. I genuinely wish everyone well and hope the culinary experience gets better over time.

$70 later.. wanted to try this place because of the reviews and we got take out. big mistake. we received three plastic containers of what appeared to be sauce soup. there was sooo much sauce it was off-putting. everything was way too sweet because of this and was so disappointing we couldn’t finish the food. I was really hoping to find a new favorite chinese restaurant but this missed the mark. needs more protein, WAY less sauce, and better veggies rather than a tiny bit of frozen veg. it is not worth it for the price considering all you get with entrees at other chinese restaurants. due to getting take-out nothing was crispy but I won’t hold that against them. doesn’t taste like anything special either so what are you paying for besides the atmosphere of the place lol

We decided to try this place out on a weekday. The wait was about 15 minutes it was pretty crowded for a dinner service around 7:00 p.m. . Staff was courteous there are many options on the menu including some Chinese and Thai dishes. We ordered a couple appetizers the lettuce wraps and soup. Overall everything was excellent will be returning for sure.

Hands down our favorite restaurant! The food is phenomenal, incredible flavor and so fresh. We have eaten here many times and it’s consistently great. We rotate what we get, but some of our favorites are the Beijing street wings, mama changs dumplings, Hawaiian sweet and sour chicken, four seasons shrimp, lettuce wraps and cauliflower fried rice! Lots of gluten free options too and great drinks. The staff here are all so attentive and friendly! We came in tonight and saw they just remodeled and the restaurant is stunning! Perfect spot for a night out with family or friends.

Just had dinner with friends tonight and all I can say is WOW!! One of the most fantastic meals with exceptional service. Great job China Cafe. This isn’t your ordinary typical Chinese food, it is over the top with the most delicious combinations of flavors and sauces.
We ordered 4 appetizers and they were the best ever. The crab Rangoons most OMG!!!
We ordered several meals and shared family style the 3 wonders, Mongolian beef, Four seasons shrimp and the Sol fish all of them were spectacular and plenty of food for 6 of us with leftovers for us to all take some home.
I highly recommend you go and enjoy the food and the exceptional hospitality.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and was a little disappointed with the food especially for what we paid. First of all, I believe most of the appetizers they have should be priced around $8-12 tops. They are small and not exceptional or unique.
I ordered the Kung Pao Trio and couldn’t taste anything in the entree because the sauce was so sweet.
Service was top-notch and I have always enjoyed the atmosphere but the food seems to be more highly-processed now and not authentic Chinese.

Coconut chicken and eggplant is a must try. The sauce is creamy and savory, perfect with white rice. I would definitely go back for it.
