I would say that very low choice of food. You can have few kind of shrimps, few kind of chicken. No fish. But the most uncomfortable the entrance roads. They are damaged. Ate here for a late lunch on March 29th, 2023, about 2:30 pm. I was very pleased to see that they had disposable gloves for patrons to use. I’ve always been concerned about other patrons not washing their hands before using the common utensils to dish out food from the buffet. Also, men’s restroom was fairly clean, but rather dark. As for the food, not as good as it was 8 to 10 years ago when I traveled through Vicksburg twice a month on business and looked forward to stopping here for lunch or early supper. However, about 5 years ago they changed ownership I think. The older lady cashier who was top notch and ran a tight ship was no longer there, replaced by a much younger cashier lady. This time the food was just OK, lukewarm, egg rolls not real fresh, and they stopped having the lo mein or fung mei noodles (scorched rice noodles). I tried again a few months later and still disappointed, so chose other places to eat, such as Billy’s Pizza just around the corner in the corner of the former outlet mall. Then I changed jobs, then the virus crisis, now I go to V’burg about once a month, so thought I’d give it a try again. It was much better than 5 years ago, but still not quite up to the level it was 8 to 10 years ago. I think they had another change in management since the cashier lady has changed and seems to have more on the ball. Egg rolls still a little stale and lukewarm, but they had my noodles, plus now have gloves. And my waiter Pedro was really good with checking on me to see if I needed any more water or tea or wasabi. Oh, cucumber & tomato salad was good, but that’s not the Chinese part. But then, neither was my waiter.

Had the lunch buffet during a road trip here. The food was fresh and there is a nice variety of meat, vegetables, fruits, and dessert. The service was also friendly and the environment was clean. The garlic chicken, bourbon chicken, pepper steak, and rice noodles are excellent. I had a comfortable and fulfilling experience so would definitely return. Great job!

Christmas day it was our only option. After reading the reviews we didn’t expect much.
Wow! It was some of the best Chinese food we have eaten and we get it alot. Either people dont know good Chinese or the restaurant had improved tremendously.

Decent Chinese food on the buffet including some sushi, crawfish and catfish, there are also a lot of seafood options on their regular menu. Service was good. I’ll go back again for sure.

Beef stir fry is too tough, not eatable.. The imitation crab meat tasted bad.. As in rotten.. The fried fish was small square pieces with no meat inside.. The crawfish were water logged and stunk.. No dumplings at all.. The only thing eatable was the potatoes.. The hostess did seem to be apologetic and listened to me.. She really acted like she cared.. Almost didn’t want to give them a review.. Maybe, it was just a quirk..

The main reason for such a low review is the shabby at best customer service…there’s this one Spanish waiter who thinks his primary job is to watch how much food you’re eating..He won’t ask if you want a refill of your drink but will bring the bill while while you are still eating..just terrible service and more focused on being pushy and rude ✌
