I have been gluten free for 15 years now, and I have tried MANY gluten free items in this time. Pizzas, desserts, breads, beer, etc. I have lived in 4 different states since I found out I can’t eat gluten (FL, CO, TN, and now VA.) And I can definitively say that this place is very very special. The baker is extremely talented!! I have only been here twice but was blown away both times. I almost cried when I had the cinnamon roll. I have not been able to find a good gf cinnamon roll anywhere. And the mini baguette was also mind-blowing. Incredible crust with a soft interior, so so so good! I can’t wait to keep coming back to try more. I want to support this business and the incredible work here!

It was awesome to find a place that was dedicated gluten and dairy-free. This is a quaint bakery with classical music playing while you wait. The displays are creative and please plan to wear a mask.
The owner was baking, serving and ringing up customers. She was well versed and explained to new customers different aspects of the goods. She even supplied outside resources that may be available. I found the shop on the find me gluten free app. The owner, I think her name was Joanne, recommend it another app called gluten-free dude. ( My apologies if I don’t remember her name correctly.)
The food was delectable. I was so excited that I got several items. I enjoyed the cinnamon roll for 2 days. One fresh on the day I bought it the other warmed up the next day. If you understand gluten-free you know that sometimes the next day doesn’t work out. Both cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious! I also purchased chicken pot pie, a brownie, and a slice of apple pie. All were very tasty. The apple pie was also the next day.
She packages them in really good cartons and food boxes. The chicken pie had shredded chicken that was very delicious with potatoes and carrots. Cooked to perfection. My only complaint is I wish I had a mini version instead of a slice.
The apple pie was divine! I could not even finish it all in one setting.
I would recommend this place to people with allergies and people without. If you do not have a allergy or an autoimmune concern please be mindful that these products may cost a little more than the average bakery. Unfortunately that is a supplier issue.

I found out about this bakery today and knew I had to go try it. As someone who has been dairy free for years but recently had to stop eating gluten, I’m always in search of options that meet both of my needs so I was elated to find this bakery was only 10 minutes from my office.
The location is a bit difficult to get in and out of but there is a lot of parking. The bakery itself is very quaint and you can tell it’s just starting up. The person working when I went today was extremely friendly and offered suggestions for the items I purchased.
I got a cranberry muffin, a blueberry lemon cake slice, and a slice of tomato basil bread. The cranberry muffin was 10/10. I could definitely eat 7 of those a day! The lemon blueberry cake was decent, however, the cake itself tasted a little too much like cornbread for me and the lemon frosting was very sour. I haven’t tried the bread slice yet (saving it to pair with dinner) but it looks and smells absolutely divine.
I cannot wait to come back and try more treats that 7 Muffins has to offer!

It is hard to put into words how much I love and respect this place. Everything I’ve had from here is amazing. The first time I popped in was over a year ago- I legit was almost in tears eating a cinnamon roll. And The chicken pie :,) to die for. Even iced coffee is somehow taken to another level- and it was VEGAN! I would have never guessed any of the items I had here were gluten free OR dairy free if I had not known its a dedicated Gluten Free, Dairy Free, & Wheat free kitchen. This place deserves more recognition. I even am able to try new things that I hadn’t had even in my years before I was unable to eat gluten- like today I had a sample of minced fruit pie! its like your regular fruit pie on steroids- way more flavor. I love it!!! (Obviously I bought one lol) and also tried the Veggie pizza and Pepperoni pizzas today and they blew my socks off. Ambiance is great- calm french music, place smells amazing when you walk in. Greeted by friendly and knowledgable staff. Keep doin yo thang, guys! Thank you!!!

Holy moly. I happened to stumble upon this place and I’m so glad I did. Some of the best baking I’ve had period. The owner was extremely nice and even helped me order an item that wasn’t on the menu because my wife requested it. Please do yourself a favor and try this place. They also made the best cookie pie I’ve ever had. 10/10
