Ordered bbq pork fried rice NO VEGGIES WAITED 40 minutes for delivery when it got here it was beyond full of veggies. I called and they just said they would refund me the price of the rice only, not part of the delivery fee, I asked if they could just remake it and send it out I was told no they use a 3rd party and I would have to reorder it and pay the delivery fee of 7.99 plus the rice. And furthermore it will take 5 to 7 days to get my money back. The rest of the food was luke warm and tasted old not fresh.
Highly suggest not eating there.

We ordered from Uber Eats. Fast delivery. Food was good and still warm. It was well packaged no spills. The shrimp with lobster sauce is very tasty and lots of shrimps. We will order from them again. Thank you. I would recommend them for a chinese food.

Been here handful of times and its been good each time. I have never had an issue with the customer service. Only once my appetizer was wrong, got pot stickers instead of paper chicken. I didn’t notice til I got home and did not make a big deal out of it. They accommodated me when I wanted extra shrimp in the won ton soup, which was nice of them, for a few more $$. Also give me big sauce cup when I ask for extra s&s sauce. I usually get the orange chicken which is good each and every time. My moms fave is the sesame beef..let me tell you that is some good stuff. I’m also a big fan of the kung pao combo. Love the portions they give. Will continue being a customer.

Specifically called and asked for them to please not put broccoli in my orange and terriyaki chicken. Lady said no problem, got it. My food shows up covered in broccoli and now they won’t answer my call. This is the second time this has happened, they don’t seem to actually give a shit about the customers. I won’t be ordering from here again. Who even puts broccoli in orange chicken?!

I ordered a chaomen and they brought me some noodles without vegetables and when I went to claim that they put me vegetables they wanted to charge me 5 dollars and very bad attention the cashier and the noodles tasted bad as if they were leftovers from the previous day don’t go !! Nasty food. They were touching the food without any gloves on. The food was too salty and greasy, the broccoli was mushy. The soup was foul and they forgot my white rice. The sprite i bought was the best thing you could buy at this place.

Overall this place is an anazing place to go to though half of the reviews says its bad or terrible its really not its personally is base on the person that cooked your food or the time you got there, But for me it was an 10/10 experience I love the workers they are very kind. So absolutely come back, They can always try again if they had messed up the order.

Usually I love China A Go Go especially this location but today wasn’t really a great experience. I ordered my normal egg flour soup and sadly it was lukewarm/ cold accompanied by stale wontons. Usually it’s super hot and comes with fresh wontons but today was just a super disappointment. I’m not one of those people that sends food back to the kitchen so I just ate half and then took the rest home to heat up and eat later. I still love China A Go Go, they have great prices and great food but I probably won’t patronize this location anymore. I’ve been to this location on super busy days with a lobby full of people and still received fresh hot food. So to come on a slow day and time and receive cold food kinda sucks. But none the less, the staff was friendly and the lobby was clean as always so I gave two stars.

Submitted an order over the phone. Apparently it’s a call center and when I arrived it looked like the health department was in there and the sign on the door stated health department closed it on 10/28/25 that was 3 days ago ….. they’re still taking online orders and over the phone orders , a waste of time and somehow still open even after health department shut them down
