Man, I am honestly shocked to see this place has low reviews. I have had three great experiences here recently. Really good size wings, well cooked, and ready when they said they would be. They honestly have decent prices, especially for wings of this size. Dont expect them to come immediately greet you and talk it up, every time I have been there almost everyone is just busting tail to get orders out. Give them a second and they will see you. If I ever have a bad experience, I will come on here and update this review. So if you are reading this in the future, yes I am still satisfied. You can trust this place with your wing order.

The food was cold. Boneless wings looked like hard popcorn chicken . No sauces that was ordered was in bags. . My carrots and celery with dressing was not in bag. Cold. Hard. Old tasting. We arrived around 11:30 am and ordered. At 12 I had to go up and ask were or order was, and the person didn’t know as she had just come to work. It was just sitting here and there because the order taker could not be seen, and the cook was on the phone not taking an order. The guy that ordered before us got his after us. Never Agsin at this place.

Only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because my food was decent. This is the absolute slowest place to get food out. Ordered online only to get there and wait another 45 minutes after it said it would be ready. I don’t mind waiting but I only saw a worker come to the front maybe 2 or 3 times the whole time I was there. My name went away on their screen so I thought it was ready but still waited another 10 minutes after that. Finally saw a worker so asked what was going on for him to tell me they lost my ticket and didn’t know what sides I had. So my food had been sitting out on the counter when he could have just asked when he lost the ticket. Get home and the boneless wings we ordered were very cold and honestly disgusting. My wings were fine but overall terrible experience. Until their service can improve, we will not be ordering from here again.

Is Buffalo Wild Wings location in Northport Alabama has great food great people that work here Ms Tammy that works here is a great joyful cheerful woman that smiles and greets you when you come in. I have the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a long time in a restaurant they keep the floors mopped and sweat looking nice tables are all well wiped off my wings was always great I’m here today on September 18th of 2025 I will highly recommend this place to everyone if they want some good food they got Burgers chicken sandwiches chicken wraps plethora sauces you can get on your wings

Had Door Dash deliver some wings, I ordered 10 traditional in Wild sauce. , what I got was 10 Blazin. I talked to the manager. I explained what happened and argued with me. I eat BWW 3-4 times a month. It’s one of my favorites. And I order the same thing every single time. I will eat at BWW again, but will not order from BWW Go in Northport ever again.
I don’t mind eating the blazin’ I just prefer to get exactly what I order, too hard to ask? I guess so in some cases.

I do like the food here and I’m glad we have a BWW in Northport. Today I ordered ahead because I had perishable food in the car. When I got there, the girl at the register looked at the screen and said that the order had just come through. So then I had to wait another 30min for my food. Mildy inconvenient, but I took the time to order ahead for a reason.
Overall, I think I got a decent value. I got a free burger with points and 20 wings (no discount).
