I ordered the large portion of chicken and onion curry! It came with a box of delicious sticky white rice. I also ordered crab rangoons which were arguably ✨THE BEST✨ rangoons I’ve ever had! If you enjoy onions you’ll really enjoy the curry dish! It had various vegetables including zucchini, carrots, and celery. It wasn’t too spicy at all! The lady greeted my kindly, and I can tell that she works hard doing what she does I recommend takeout for sure!

Food is always fantastic. It’s only one person cooking so prepare to wait, but it’s made fresh which is why it’s so delicious. It’s my go to Chinese place for Coldwater out of the two.

This is probably the worst chinese restaurant I have ever patronized and is deserving of a zero star review. I placed my order online Sunday evening at 9:22 and received an email confirmation that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at China1 at 9:45. The only person in the restaurant was a young girl about 10 years old running the place. She confirmed my order and processed my credit card without any issues. I asked how much longer and she told me just a few minutes. I sat down and waited. The young girl then called someone and had a very heated phone conversation that involved a lot of screaming and yelling from both parties. At 9:57, 3 minutes before closing, a woman came in and apologized to me for something which I couldn’t understand. She then went behind the counter and began screaming and yelling at the little girl. The two of them went at it for about 5 minutes at the top of their lungs just yelling and screaming at each other. The woman then turned on the hood fans. This was when I realized that my order hadn’t even been started yet. After about 15 minutes of banging some pots and pans around my order was completed, bagged, and another apology provided. The food was pathetic. The chicken fried rice was merely some slightly yellow colored rice with some plain chicken chunks. The chicken egg foo young was nothing more than some overly cooked scrambled eggs with more plain chicken chunks. And the gravy sauce was horribly disgusting and inedible. The general tso chicken was at best nothing more than mediocre. I’m actually surprised that neither myself nor my family got sick from eating this disastrous meal. This place has absolutely no redeeming value whatsoever! China1 should be avoided like the plague. I know that I will never darken their door ever again. And I highly recommend that no one else does either.

If I could give negative stars they would get a negative ten! We ordered almost a hundred dollars worth of food to be delivered via Doorddash. After two hours we called to see where our food was and were told it was just ready and that they were very busy. When our food finally arrived at our home it was burnt, inedible and horrible tasting. After calling to complain I was told tough they would not refund any portion of our money. I told them I still have the u edible food and would be happy to bring it it for them to see we did no t eat it and the horrible condition it was in. To which I was told fine go ahead. DONT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT IT HORRIBLE and the DONT CARE if they serve you crap!

I have been eating at this establishment since I was 7 years old, the food here is PHENOMENAL. It’s pretty much a one-woman show here, and she is AMAZING. Most of what you eat here will be freshly cooked immediately before being served to you, and it is all made with care and passion. She is amazing at what she does, and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. The quaint vibe and older decor of this place is super nostalgic, most of it is how it was when i was a kid. this place is amazing, there is a wait sometimes if it’s busy but it’s ALWAYS worth it.

Best beef lo mein in the state for real. They’re always so busy and the wait is so long but it’s because it seems to be just a mother and daughter. Love this place. Was like the only place open on Christmas too and it was so worth the wait. 10/10

We arrived shortly after opening and placed our order. There was 2 of us, and someone came in after us for a Togo order. We dined in. 1 lady “working “. The to go order was done after 20-30 minutes. My food came out first. Rice was frozen and just heated. Hubby’s food arrived 5 minutes later and the eggrolls (appetizer) came 5 minutes later. Will not be back. If you are gong to open someone needs to know what they are doing

Picked up food last night Waited an hour it was beyond the worst food I’ve ever had. The lady was too busy on her phone Instead of giving a crap about making somebody’s food who ordered online I will never ever order from here again. The portions were not worth the price and the taste was beyond the worst.
