I love this place! I travel to Indy every few months and I always stop in at Chin Family Restaurant. The food is so fresh, distinctive, and delicious and the staff treat you like family. Glad I chose to eat here this evening, greatful this spot exists. Upon asking what their specialties were, I went with the Burmese Curry with beef. Similar to an Indonesian curry, incredible depth of flavor that can only be achieved by utilizing fresh ingredients and the wisdom that can only come from experience. I asked for it spicy, so they provided me with a side of freshly pickled Thai Birdseye chilis that were very delicious with the meal.
