Fast service, large portions, and a steady stream of regulars even on a Tuesday night. All the makings of a good place. I went here with a friend and the ceviche (blue snapper) was super good, definitely easy to split as an app between 2-3 people or eat alone as an entree. I got the steak and my friend got a chicken dish. They were both good in different ways, I liked hers a lot more than mine but I think that’s just because of the amount of tomato. The desserts were large and tasty, I’d recommend the ice cream (which almost seems more sorbet like).

Decent place to grab a bite to eat. Cute cozy atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Pricing is reasonable. They have many options when it comes to the menu. The drink menu is cute and has a wide variety. Due to covid a reservation would be a good idea. They have reasonable seat spacing in the restaurant. There is no outdoor dining available.

Great authentic Peruvian food!
The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because they are a bit unorganized in the seating since the place is so packed. Also, expect to wait 25+minutes for your food. However, it is well worth the wait!

The seviche is amazing. Great price on pitcher of sangria. Fried calamari is a must. Service was fast. Family frienly. Less than 10 minute wait for table. Music was great, not too loud. Will go again!!

Great service. Below average Peruvian food.
The ceviche was bland and overcooked, fish was of doubtful quality. No balance whatsoever between acidity and salt
Arroz chaufa lacked flavor as well
Lomo Saltado had too much vinegar, no complexity
I hope this isn’t standard for Peruvian food in NYC

I am Peruvian and have tried almost all the Peruvian places in Manhattan. This is my new go-to spot in NYC. Very attentive service, and excellent food. Portions are generous. Highly recommended.

We sat outside in the back because it had cute artwork and colored light bulbs. The sangria was amazing. The food did take a while to prepare but it was worth the wait. I would return.

Tasty –Peruvian– restaurant in Williamsburg. The food here is not particularly cheap but they serve big portions. Very busy in the weekends. The restaurant doesn’t take reservations. Customer service is so-so due in part to the high volume of costumers. Ceviches are A+ here.

Been dining here off an on for a few years whenever I am in the area. Food never disappoints. The mussels and entrana (skirt steak) with sweet plantains are my go to appetizer and entree.
