Chimi’s holds its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and my recent visit to their Chesterfield location solidified this preference. Their Chile Poblanos, served with a side of beans and rice, is consistently delicious and satisfying. Adding to the pleasant dining experience is their great Margarita and commendable service. With reasonable prices, Chimi’s continues to offer a well-rounded and enjoyable Mexican meal.

First time to Chimi’s and it was good. I always try the beef fajitas on my first visit to a Mexican restaurant. It came with beans, rice; guacamole, pico de gallo, green and red bell peppers and onions. Most of the beef was tender and juicy. The meat didn’t have the limey taste or enough spice to elevate the taste to a 5 star level. Our server provided us excellent service. I like the brightness of all the colors in the dining area. I will be back to try other items including their margaritas.

First time having Chimi’s and the food and service was delightful. The Staff was super friendly. Our food was delicious and well seasoned. I don’t normally stuff myself, but I did this time. I didn’t feel guilty afterwards, I had the Chimi’s Stuffed Chicken, grilled with plenty of veggies! The menu is pretty extensive, and the prices are reasonable.
