I don’t know if the price of food is affecting the quantity but I might have had 1 tablespoon of rice and refried soupy beans. Not a happy customer today

Been here a few times, and the food and service never disappoint. The lunch fajitas are tasty and large serving. Recently tried the Chile verde and the pork was tasty and just falls apart. The verde sauce is very flavorful and not too spicy.

Have ordered their Steak Burrito meal since this store opened. Order was a pickup today. Prior to tonight, this has consistently been a very good meal. Tonight, the steak in the Burrito had an odor to it and tasted on the cusp of being rotten. We called them and were told they had been serving this all day without problem. No other response. Trashed the burrito less the one bite. Will never eat there again!!

Chimi’s holds its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and my recent visit to their Chesterfield location solidified this preference. Their Chile Poblanos, served with a side of beans and rice, is consistently delicious and satisfying. Adding to the pleasant dining experience is their great Margarita and commendable service. With reasonable prices, Chimi’s continues to offer a well-rounded and enjoyable Mexican meal. My go-to place for a good Mexican meal!

We came here on a Friday night. We waited 30 mins to be seated. Then after being seated it took awhile to be greeted at the table. I think our food took about 45 minutes to come after ordering and some items were wrong and missing. Food was tasty. but unfortunately service was lacking. I really hate leaving a review like this, but just was disappointed with our dining experience. We were a table of 4. I’m not sure if they were under staffed because this was our first time visiting this restaurant.

First time to Chimi’s and it was good. I always try the beef fajitas on my first visit to a Mexican restaurant. It came with beans, rice; guacamole, pico de gallo, green and red bell peppers and onions. Most of the beef was tender and juicy. The meat didn’t have the limey taste or enough spice to elevate the taste to a 5 star level. Our server provided us excellent service. I like the brightness of all the colors in the dining area. I will be back to try other items including their margaritas.

First time having Chimi’s and the food and service was delightful. The Staff was super friendly. Our food was delicious and well seasoned. I don’t normally stuff myself, but I did this time. I didn’t feel guilty afterwards, I had the Chimi’s Stuffed Chicken, grilled with plenty of veggies! The menu is pretty extensive, and the prices are reasonable.
