Loved the spot and the vibes it definitely lives up to the name. The food, provided by Vail Brothers, was hot, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Portions were generous, so you’ll have leftovers to take home. Customer service was great as well. I went on a Sunday and didn’t have a long wait for my food. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I truly enjoyed my visit here and definitely will be back. The food was good and the portion sizes were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Drink was .. The vibes were top notch as well. This was a nice place to eat. We ordered fish, shrimp, and fries. The bar is in the same establishment but separate. The drinks we good. The bartender was awesome. She let us sample a few things before we ordered.
I did like the drinks better than the food (well the batter) unfortunately and I’m not a drinker. This place is a vibe though, I would go back but just try something else.

I visited chillax for brunch. There is a positive energetic bustling atmosphere. The staff is friendly and matches the positive and energetic atmosphere. Chillax has both a tap room environment and a fast casual pub set up that’s perfect for taking your food to go. So if you want to stay and enjoy some drinks with friends or just grab some fried chicken or fish after a long day, Chillax has you covered, they even offer a slight discount for closed craft beers to go. I ordered party wings, chicken & waffles, cheese fries, and a peanut butter stout for takeout. The wings were very well seasoned and crispy. Even though I took them home and doused most of them in my ghost of saffron sauce, I enjoyed a few just with the seasoning alone. The chicken with the chicken and waffles had a perfectly fried and seasoned batter. The waffles and cheese fries were simple and not as amazing as the wings and chicken tenders. The peanut butter stout was delicious and recommended if you enjoy a nice stout. Overall the craft beers and fried chicken are great here, that said Chillax is a little pricey for the offerings, however the service is great if you can afford it.

The Chillax drink truck popped up at the O’Day Park fall festival in O’Fallon and turned me into a fan! Tried the blackberry & peach moscow mule cocktail pouch (twice!) and it was a fabulous, refreshingly tasty drink for a hot afternoon. Seriously 12/10, highly recommended and a great bang for your buck! I’ll definitely check out the physical location in St. Peter’s with some friends in the near future!

Ashley, the owner, is such an amazing person. She not only welcomed us but also took the time to educate us about craft beers and cocktails. You can really tell that quality beverages are her passion.
I love how she utilized the space, including the art gallery where you can purchase pieces from local artists.
Chillax’s collaboration with the Vails Brothers is simply outstanding. Great drinks combined with delicious food always make for a wonderful experience.
If you haven’t been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

Go check it out and Chillax! Friendly and welcoming staff. The food was good and the drinks were okay. I gave a 4 star for atmosphere because the music was too loud for comfortable conversation and bring back the the stools with backs, lol. Kids were hanging out with family, but they were not unruly. There was a nice crowd and a couple of parties for a Sunday afternoon.

I had been wanting to check this place out for a while, finally made it. When we entered, it was explained that we should go find a table, then come back up order our food, and if we wanted something from the bar, order from them separately. I came in knowing that the Vails Brothers cooked the food but didn’t know the setup was like this. Crazy. I’m here now. Food bill right at $40 . Chicken was not hot, a little under season, had been sitting. We had 6 wings, fries/roll and 6 shrimp, fries/roll. Hubby had gotten the drinks from the bar $25. No condiments on the tables, basically self-service at restaurant prices. Also, put some shades or something at those garage doors. It was cold that evening, and the draft was felt. The customers might stay longer. I wanted to love it, but I’m going to pass. Yes, I realize rent is probably higher in that area, but get a different system.

Loved the whole experience! Came two Sundays in a row. The food is delicious! My sister and I love getting whole wings and tasty food served hot. Friendly staff and top knot environment. Love the variety of seating areas. You can choose inside and outside dining experiences. They have a private room for parties and other events.
My friends and I also love the Conversation Game Cards on the table. We actually went a few rounds and had great laughs and discussions.
**My only suggestions is for there to be better rules for parents dining with children. There were a few runners last Sunday and a dish or two got broken. Also, for safety precautions.
***Possibly have certain times for families with younger children so that adults with no children can escape and “ Chillax”!
