A Thai restaurant right by the beach with a very good atmosphere. The food was almost five stars, but the Tom Kha and Tom Yum soups had a bit less flavour depth for me. The fried vegetables were very good.
The staff was very attentive and in a very good mood.

If you like eating excellent Thai food as the sun sets, on the fringe of a white sand beach, listening to the sound of waves gently lapping the shore – this is the place for you.
As well as a classic couple of Thai dishes (Pa nang and fried rice) We asked for something not on the menu (fried fish with ginger) and they happily made it and it was superb.
Like everywhere, the service was super friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Extremely slow service. 35 min for springrolls. After asking for this starter for the third came a lame excuse – too many people. Well the place was not even half full. The Christmas Special arrived close an hour.
The lobster overcooked in Thailand – well a first time for everything. The White Snapper was a deilight though. Fried rice ok.
Tried to keep it going with some Singas – but again very slow.
Reading the reviews before we came, this was a disappointment.

Probably one of the best restaurants in Khao Lak. Family run place, genuine thai food with the most fantastic food.
The prestine and untouched nature gives you the feeling time standing still.
We went here four times over the period of three weeks. We tried a fifth time but they were closed due to a buddha public holiday!
Please go! You will not regret! 🙂

Outstanding from the start. Had a lovely welcome and taken straight to a table right on the beach. Delicious food, excellent drinks, superb service from the staff, all friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend a visit here!!! Drinks were amazing, food was too good not to tuck straight into, so no food photo (sorry). I would just like to add too that I rarely leave a review and have eaten at MANY restaurants in Khao lak and this is definitely in my top 3!! Come and see for yourselves, I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

Chill-Lay offers great service and very good foods at reasonable price. You wouldn’t disappoint with their deep-fried and BBQ dishes. We had dinner twice in this trip. We particularly like the Fried noodles, BBQ squid, Duck, Fried fish with curry and mango, fried chicken with three sauces. Yes, I would also recommend to check out their recommendation on the black board. We will come back again.

Absolutely recommend place to have a nice foods!. This restaurant provides excellent flavour and service. I recommend it if you want to spend your holiday in the Khao Lak area. The staff is quite pleasant and speaks English fairly well. The pricing is not a rip-off. Furthermore, if I get the opportunity to return, I will eat at her restaurant again. It’s on my top list of Khao Lak dining options.
