Honestly, this was not my best Chili’s experience on the island. The dining area was way too cold and the seat in my booth was broken. I ordered a Kona light and was given an IPA (which tastes nothing like a light beer) and when I told the waitress, she took it back and came back with the same beer, which was $8.99 mind you.
Additionally, I got chicken crispers which were undercooked (see picture) and my big mouth bites were lukewarm and chewy. I think I will be sticking with the Mililani Chili’s in the future.

Great experience at Chili’s Waikele! We were initially seated in an area that was super cold, but when I asked to be moved, they accommodated us right away with no hesitation.
The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Our food came out fresh and tasted great, exactly what you’d expect from Chili’s.
Overall, the service really stood out. Comfortable seating, good food, and genuinely friendly staff made for a very enjoyable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Food is fine and the service staff was great. Our waiter was very friendly.
The biggest problem with this Chili’s is the overall cleanliness.
Tables are sticky, the booth we sat in had a rip that was about 10 inches long with a spring popping out of it. There is a weird smell throughout the restaurant – kind of like a childrens ball pit. Overall the interior has a neglected feel.

They have a great happy hour special M thru F from 2 – 5 pm. Certain appetizers are $8.08. We order 3 and share. Delicious, good variety, and good sized portions. Been to this more than once! Great value.

Today, our neighboring table (nice couple) from out of the country had dinner here. And guess what? Ive witnessed the most horrified thing ever tonight. A BUG IN SALAD. The poor customer almost throw up because the bug literally was crawling out of their plate while trying few bites of the salad. Chili’s.. please. A big black bug, like a aphids or maybe those soft beetles, literally came out of this poor customers plate and we all witnessed it, and guess what? The Chili’s manager did, gave them 3 $10. LOUSY 3, At least a genuine apology, but 3 coupons.. is it worth the expensive $25 salad with a bug?. And I asked for my salad to be cancelled and take back but they wouldnt, and didnt even remove it or deduct it from our bill.
If it have a 0- for review, I would put 0. And kid you not the manager was so rude too, the Asian guy!! I banned that location..

Always a good “go to” place for what I’d call “chain restaurant” food. Burger was huge..fries nice and hot. My companion had the mozzarella cubes, and damn .they are huge. Enough cheese to bind up a football team for a day or so. Good value for your money. Always consistent. Minus one star for the extremely loud music pumping out of the speakers. Don’t mind some tunes, but let’s dial the speakers off 11.

This location is very clean, welcoming, & food is made quickly, but still maintaining quality. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door.
I ordered a triple dipper & it was perfect!
This location is usually not too busy around lunch time on weekdays.

The air conditioning in this restaurant is either ice cold or way too hot. Server, maui, is horrible and apathetic. The food was not prepared properly. Everything served lukewarm. Ordered 2 orders of chicken crispers and southwest egg rolls. Spoke with manager. She boasted about being the #1 chilis restaurant in the chain. Very disappointed.

Not so great experience with my daughter. Music very loud, very cold, in dining area to the level of discomfort. Asked to sit near window with warmth of the sun, was given excuse from host the area I was requesting was closed , then seen other guest offered seats after we were seated. Yeah I not sure if I will come back. My child didn’t feel comfortable and felt rushed to eat and leave …even wanted to walk out at times.

Always enjoy the food at Chili’s and find it underrated. It would be a 5 star but they did away with my favorite dish, the honey Chipotle chicken crispers with the waffles. Those waffles were life changing. R.I.P. waffles .
