We came when they first opened. Most of the place was empty but by the time we left there were three parties waiting to be seated.
Our server was super upbeat and very patient. She was very kind and thoughtful of the kids. We ordered and our food came out pretty fast.
All of the food was ok. The kids’ pepperoni pizza was good. The burgers needed a bit more seasoning and the steak was nicely cooked on the outside and juicy on the inside. Our appetizer platter was really good. Get the mozzarella sticks. They are delicious. We also really enjoyed the onion rings.
Overall it’s pretty good and I would recommend this location.

It’s been a long time since I’ve gone to a Chili’s, over 20 years! We came here for an early dinner on a Friday and were really happy with everything. Service was quick and efficient, the food was really delicious, portions and prices were reasonable, and the beer was ice cold!
My wife got a salmon dish that she said was very good, I got the chicken fajitas and I really enjoyed it, and my daughter got a slider kids meal that she seemed to like. They also had a molten cake thing (kids portion) that was fairly big that we split.
We would definitely come back! I think the only reason we hadn’t gone before was it always seemed so packed

This has to have been the worst Chilis experience I’ve ever had.
The 2nd star was for some of the food that was actually good.
The server was absolutely horrendous, he was nice, but he was not attentive AT all.
First the food came out quick, but the apps were disappointing, the fried cheese wasn’t hot, there was NO cheese pull, it was very disappointing to eat these in house and not have hot apps.
Then most of the chips were stale. Why are there ANY stale chips? I order from Kapolei delivery and take out, and the chips are always crispy and crunchy.
Fajitas were good, everything seemed fresh and hot, and it actually looks appetizing.
Big mouth bites were good, the one good thing is that the kitchen didn’t mess up our special orders. No sauces on most things.
Quesadillas were fine tasting, but it wasn’t hot. I expect things to be piping hot when I eat in house….
On top of all that, I asked for sugar three times, and finally got sugar….
I’m extremely disappointed, it wasn’t busy by all means, there were workers who were just standing around doing nothing. No one came to refill water or even check up on us, till we stared down the waiter…
Probably not gonna visit this location again. I’ll stick with Kapolei.

We came for happy hour to get some drinks and apps. It was freezing inside and I’m not one to get cold. Service was friendly and speedy. The food was just underwhelming. I don’t know what Chili’s is trying to do with nachos, but deep fried flour tortillas baked with the toppings is not the way to go. They make perfectly good chips for the chips and salsa! Use those! They came out burnt so we sent them back, the waiter was cool about it so thanks to him. Wondering why the kitchen would send that out to begin with though.

The service here is great and very attentive! I love the unlimited chips with queso. I am huge fan of their country fried steaks and I love that they let you sub the sides.

Got the queso burger, and it came out basically raw (see picture). The waitress was nice about it, and got me a replacement, but honestly I’m a little worried about getting sick. I took a few bites from it, before I noticed all the blood coming out! Good thing, because I was going to give some to my toddler. Manager was told about it, and instead of coming over and checking/apologizing, he just walked away. I’ve been going to chili’s for… Decades, and I’ve never had an experience like this. No comp on the food, just an overall terrible experience.

We ordered takeout last night hungry and Chili’s is one of our spots. So dissapointing didn’t even get fixings on the side. My husband had to reheat. Shown in picture is nothing like we got…so mushy and tasteless. $80 order and this is what we got

The chicken fajitas lunch special is very good. Only issue was that it takes 4 hours for gift card to be activated so couldn’t use it on this visit. Also only one special per table so be aware of that as well. Service was very good though.
