I am a frequent Chili’s patron. And I pretty much always enjoy it. However, this location missed the mark. The kids menu had both pepperoni and cheese pizza listed as usual. My son always orders the pepperoni. They said they no longer have pepperoni pizza or 1 of the kids side, despite still being reflected on the menu. It may be a corporate thing, but at least update the menu or make us aware up front. The fries were barely warm, and although the flavor on my Nashville hot chicken was good it was very lightly sauced. About half of any other Chili’s I go to. The staff was nice at least. But its very unlikely I will do back to this location.

Valerie is the BEST waitress I’ve ever had! She made our dining experience remarkable. Her personality lights up a room and I already look forward to eating at Chili’s again because of her. The food was great, the atmosphere is very nice but the service was above and beyond because of Valerie. We will be back! I highly recommend sitting in her section for a first class experience.

Chili’s is my favorite restaurant. I went for lunch with my 3 other coworkers and we were all dissatisfied with the service. Food was great as usual, but service was a no go. Our server came to ask for our drink orders except left without asking the last person what they wanted. Every time we tried to call for her our friend was ignored. Out of 4 of us only 2 was give silverware the buser apologized and fixed that issue. The food was fast and great. When it was time to pay my friend asked the server when she walked by can we get our checks, but was ignored. My friend was waving her hands in the air to get our servers attention, but she stood in the doorway talking with 3 other employees. Finally another buser walked by and we asked him to get our server please so we can pay. On a $18 ticket I would left $32 to make it an even $50, but not today. We left a tip because she was our server. I go to Chili’s at night and never had a problem. The triple dipper has me in a chokehold, so I’ll be going back, but not around lunchtime.

Miss Juliana greets with a welcoming smile and speaks clearly as she gathers the menus. She brings me to a table, asks if anything else needed before kindly dismissing herself off back to the front to greet some more. Short after Chris comes to the table, presents himself & throughly served to my needs with an active ear. Truly, I say it was a pleasure to be served by Chris. The restaurant itself, is held among many others. Look out to be filled with greatness by all three.

Every time I give this Chili’s another try the service is poor. We’re seated, waited on, and get our food quickly, but the order is always wrong, and once we receive our food we never see anybody again. I told the server that I was going to order a margarita after I got some food in my stomach, and no one ever came back. No one even walked by so I could flag someone down, so you lost an alcohol sale. Tables on either side of me got the complete wrong orders, too.

We finally came here for dinner tonight. My boyfriend had the classic sirloin steak dinner. I had the pick 2 fajitas steak and shrimp dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress and bartender were really friendly and caring. We will definitely be back.

Didn’t have a good experience granted it was 30 mins b4 closing. Bartender was pretending I wasn’t here there was a lack of care and Attention. Thankfully Anthony was available and welcome to help with anything I needed he shared a smile and integrity I look forward to Anthony’s service in the future.

Went today for lunch and were very disappointed. We ordered the surf and turf with the ribeye steak ( medium rare ) this steak was so raw the plate was full of blood. It literally looked like they just seared it on each side and that’s it. The asparagus was raw as well. We also got the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and the chicken was pink in the middle. Was not busy at all so don’t understand why the rush and send out raw food. Our server was very nice and understanding about the whole thing. We had went to the turlock location and it was so good we decided to go to the Merced one (we live here) and give it a second chance but nope, it was still bad. We would like to stay local but how can we if this is what we get? It’s not cheap and to have to pay for something that wasn’t good, I rather do the drive

First just let me say the food was excellent! I’ve gone twice since the opening. The first time I went it was great with no issues. Thanks to my server “America” by the way! I was happy to see one of mangers “Ronnie” helping his staff out where it was needed. The place was pretty busy so the servers were hopping. The second time however there was a slight issue. The server made a mistake and gave my daughter rice instead of fries. She corrected it brought her fries but when came time to pay my bill it was a lot higher than what we had ordered. She ended putting the entrée on twice. She took it off but somehow I still got charged for the rice. I was like whatever it’s $4. I think maybe if they turn down the music just a little the servers and costumers could hear each other better so little mistakes like this doesn’t happen. Overall I’m happy and will visit again.
