The staff here is amazing! We were recently in town to lay my grand father to rest and we ended up eating dinner here every night. I only encounter my smiles and staff who was willing to accommodate. My mother is a vegan and they helped us find ways to make even a burger vegan!
We also all came here after the service and there were 40 of us. While I did call in advance to let them know they accommodated our family and didn’t miss a beat. This is hands down my best experience at a chillis and the customer service was top tier! Thank you all for making such a hard time a bit easier.

Overall everything was delicious except for one oversight which would’ve been they brought my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla burnt they had to remake it while everybody was eating however brought me a side salad
Other food was cooked great tasted great
I won’t comment on the service it was good server
Was nice the manager came up and asked if we had any questions or concerned which was nice
They overcharged me for one item but I’m not gonna go back for that

We went to have Easter dinner without the fuss, and that’s just what we got. Great meal, great service, and great atmosphere. Jackie was very attentive and pleasant. Steve also stopped by our table to check on us. The menu was pretty standard, but we did notice a few new items since our last visit. The food was brought out timely and tasted delicious. Also, there is a fair portion for the price. The decor was pretty standard for the chain, but we liked it best so far. We will definitely be back to try something new instead of our usual. The service and friendliness is definitely a draw.

FF, soda, and chips and salsa.
Fries were fresh and hot. Burger was delicious!! Chili’s never disappoints!

Chicken wasn’t fully cooked, and sliders were red. And it didn’t feel very welcoming as far as the customers staring, as if they’re not used to seeing people with darker skin. It might haven’t been that, but that’s how I felt.

Please teach your servers, when a customer asks, if something is better than something else or what they recommend, if they don’t really know something they need to lie. Nothing is worse than somebody saying either., they don’t eat there or I don’t have the drinks here. I just drink shots…. come on? Lie. Fake the funk. Something. None of these servers have any kind of personality.

I love chilis as I can order a vegan meal and it’s cheap. My only problem with them is it doesn’t matter whether it’s busy or slow, the service is always bad. The staff are very nice but it’s always really disorganized.
This visit, I chose to order chips and salsa for while I wait for my food, because it’s always a wait and the chips didn’t come. After my food came, I had to ask for the chips. They did give me a takeaway bag for the chips that is microwavable and a tub for the salsa.
I order fries, rice, beans and tortillas, as I said, it’s such a cheap meal. They charge $1.99 each, as they are sides. I get 4 small tortillas and make little burritos, they are so nice and filling. Less than $8.00, such a bargain. The chips are free to reward members. Although the service has its issues, with time and stuff not coming. I still can’t give it less than 4 stars. We always go there as a family, when family visit town. I’m the organizer and if you are going to give me a cheap vegan meal, that is where we are going. This time it was just myself and my daughter. The time before (October) there was 13 of us, as family was in town.
For other businesses, just remember, the fussiest eater is usually the one that chooses where to eat.

This location I feel isn’t as god as others I’ve been to. I had anything old timer burger that used to be charbroiled. To me it tasted fried. Waitress took forever to bring napkins and salt. Got some of our order wrong and never did bring our side of bbq sauce or thousand island! Other locations are on point!
