One of our favorite places to eat. Wait staff was so friendly today. Drinks were being brought before we needed to ask. They also gave us to go cups with our left overs.

Good experience. Food was good as expected for typical fast food type of restaurant chain. The cheese sticks were okay id prefer if they were just breaded with herbs and bread crumbs the original way but still not bad I guess. The ribs were great the plates were good serving sizes

Good food and drinks in a lively atmosphere. I had the dip trio and a garden salad with citrus balsamic vinaigrette dressing for a light meal. I also had their only IPA on draft, Boat Shoes Hazy IPA, that was served perfectly chilled and delicious . I also ended up ordering a Molten Chocolate Cake to go, which was amazing. Definitely big enough to share and best eaten there. They packed it up great for at home, but had to be warmed up and I’m sure although it was great, would have been even better there and they make it look prettier than my picture . Moist chocolate cake with a gooey fudge filling, topped with vanilla ice cream coated with a chocolate crust, and drizzled with caramel sauce. Very attentive and friendly customer service. I sat at the bar, so no wait. Friday night was a bit crowded but there was a lively environment.

After giving up eating here for a long time because the food wasn’t good and freshly made as it started out, we decided to try it again. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was very good. Freshly made to order. Good value for the 3 for me combo.

I can’t remember ever having a bad experience here. The food is always very good. The staff is always great. Danielle was helping us. Kept our drinks filled. Food came out great. So nice. Fav is the honey Chipotle chicken crisper. Sooo good. I tried the nashville hot sauce this time. Was pretty good. Hard to compare as I have had the best in Nashville. Overall good though here. The chips and salsa and queso are always great with any meal. Great place to watch sports. Would go more often if we didn’t live 25 to 30 mins away. Update. Their to go staff is great. Order was correct and everyone really nice today. Thank you so much.

So we stopped in here yesterday afternoon to grab a bit to eat. We set at the bar and when my I got there I told the bartender 2 glasses of water my wife will be back in. I was ready to order some apps but he paid me not attention until my wife came in a set down. This was about 5 minutes. I mean usually a bartender would come asking if there was something else to drink but nothing. We order the southwest egg rolls and mozzarella. Both tasted good but the look of the egg rolls when they came out was not nice. And they were a little over cooked. But again did not ask how everything was. I mean we had to ask the server that brought the food to us for side plates. We had no utensils to eat with. No amply. Lucky there were drink napkin’s in front of us and a bin that we could reach. As you will see in out photos. All the bartender was doing was talking to another gentleman the whole time . We order a burger to split. Still no napkins. Burger was good. So we wanted to eat more and we actually wanted to have drinks but this bartender was a waste of space. I mean we have both worked in the service industry for a long time and he would not cut it. Again you will see him in the pics . So with all the plotter places right next to this place we will pick a different place . And literally it is all due to service. Very bad and that is being generous

Christina was amazing she served my party of 10 and was so fast, funny, and accommodating. She checked in on us and her other tables very often and made sure all our checks were correct.

Really cool spot for drinks and a quick bite. I wish they would put more sauce on the wings. I got “buffalo” but there was no sauce like one would expect. Never been given a dry wet wing before. Hella stingy.
The bartender was amazing and super attentive despite it being a busy football Sunday. Can’t imagine how he did it all on his own!

There waiter Jay is by far one of the bests waiters at this Chili’s restaurant because of his friendly smile and great customer respectful service and awesome full baby back ribs rack and Nashville mozzarellas. Ask for Jay the waiter.

They advertise free chips and salsa from the app order on app, paid on app the only option.when to get my food showed them I had free chips and salsa for getting app on my phone. They said it’s to late I already paid. Confused it’s free chips and salsa. They said had to order $5 or more to get it. I said I did order well over $5 on the app. So I ask for the manager told cornie the manager what happened she said well you have to pay in store, I explain that there is no pay in store option on the app, she look at me like I was lying witch why would I. Then said well next time call your order in, I explained we tried that before they said use app. Once again give me crazy looks. The. Told me nothing she can do. Lol why advertise fre chips and salsa then treat customers like im trying to steal . Worst manager makes me never want to eat there the way I was treated.
