The food was fresh. The burger and fries were served very quickly. I also ordered the beef, which was a little tough. I don’t like bean salads, but I enjoyed the one at this cafe. The waiter was very attentive, which was nice. The place needs new flooring; it ruins the whole look.

Our waiter Adrian was incredibly attentive and patient. One of the orders of pasta came out really overcooked, he was very understanding and helped correct the order. Big thank you to the chefs as well. Everything came out quickly, the service was incredible from the host to the waiters, cooks, bussers, everyone. Great location.

We had such an amazing experience at Chili’s today thanks to our server, Matt. Honestly, it was some of the best customer service we’ve had in years. He was polite, attentive, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something clear a plate and he’d be back in what felt like a nanosecond. We joked he must have a body double.

My husband and I don’t usually leave reviews, but we were so impressed that Matt absolutely deserves a shout-out. Chili’s is lucky to have him!

I tried the new nachos and queso I’ve been seeing on TikTok. Idk what kind of cheese this is but it’s fire. Def worth the hype. My only complaint would be they were skimpy with the chicken.

Came in with my family for dinner and everything started off fine until the manager, Michael, brought our soups. At the time, we didn’t know he was a manager. We mentioned that we had asked for sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea, not realizing Chili’s doesn’t serve sweet tea. Instead of simply explaining that, he responded with, “We’re not in Texas.”

The comment came off as rude, sarcastic, and completely unnecessary — especially from someone in a management position. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough, but instead we were met with attitude.

Michael’s behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing for the restaurant, not only that it dulled the good service our host and waitress had given us. He didn’t even have the dignity to come and apologize to us. Managers should set the standard for customer service, not make guests feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I genuinely hope other customers don’t experience the same treatment we did. We do want to thank the other Manager Heidi and the GM Sarah for the professionalism and customer service that they provided after the fact.

This is busy restaurant but with the help of Hayde the manager makes a different. Very helpful cleaning tables. MIGUELITO the server was so attentive. The busboy Miguel was so quick cleaning and picking up tables to better serve us.

there is wait times during friday and the weekends but its worth it, went a few times and the customer service is always the best, friendly servers always checking in, food is amazing and the mozzarella sticks are the best especially when trying to do the cheese stretch. great place overall

I placed a substantial order at 4:52pm November 30th, I was given the option to select the time I would like to pick the order up, I chose to pick up @6:00, they moved my time to 6:15, I arrived @6:18 and all my food was cold all my ice in drinks were melted , I’m like that ok I’ll just warm it up, something’s are not able to be warmed up, also I notice all my side salads were decomposing in the container brown lettuce, I was pissed, after looking at the time stamp that the items were prepared and sealed @5:32 bit you had given me a 6:15 pick time that is approximately 45mins before my pickup time,most breads and fries are not able to be warmed up. I tipped responsibly, left my experience in the review amd. Will not return
