This place is awesome! The food is great! drinks are divine! The manager is obviously pregnant but went out of her to extend a warm welcome to our table, and several other tables as well. Definitely two thumbs up!!

Can’t give any stars on anything but service. We didn’t get to even sit down. My husband and I waited 30 minutes and in that time a group of 3 teenagers and a group of 9 sat without checking in. We made the hostess aware of it and asked how much longer we had. She told us we had about 30 minutes to wait as we had 7 other parties in front of us. She also told us that there wasn’t anything she could do about the parties that was seated without any wait time.

I have eaten here twice, the first was on my birthday, I pointed out to them that I have a 6 yr old and that I needed a booth, they tried to force us to a table, and we left. The second time my co worker wanted to go eat here, I went with him and when I ordered the food tasted like soap and dirty pan. Would not recommend. Applebee’s or Texas Road House is a much better choice if your feeling this kind of food.

We went for dinner and the service was horrible, our server was never there and we had to keep flagging down the host to get us refills and side sauces. Funny thing is the blonde manager was just standing there staring at the restaurant while everyone else was running around. The place was obviously busy and instead of helping the servers or hosts or bussers she was just standing there while she’s having employees do other employees jobs.

Our waitress forgot everything she was supposed to bring us when we reminded her about the missing things she said she would take care of it. Apparently we did not need those items because we never got them. I asked her how long she worked there and she said eight to ten months. So that wasn’t it! the reason because she was not new! Also we were there in the middle of the afternoon and it was not busy!! Then to top it off on the way back to Texas our whole car of four people got sick and we hat to stop at every bathroom we passed making it an even longer miserable drive! I would advise to avoid Chilies!

Checked in for 4 there was about 10 open tables and was told it would be a 20 min wait. Then I ordered the 3 for me it was supposed to come with a appetizer that I never received but was still charged for. Our waitress was also the bar tender so I know she was swamped, but they seemed really under staffed.

We came here from out of town on a Friday night. They kept turning the music up louder and louder like a nightclub. We were seated at 450 and it’s currently 545 and they aren’t busy and our food still isn’t here. We’ve had to continue to ask our waiter to bring drinks and we asked for salsa about 15 minutes ago, it’s still not here and our waiter has been walking around. It’s just not typical chilis atmosphere. Not really impressed honestly. We’re ready to go home. But at this point it’s going to be over another hour before it shows up it feels like. Save your sanity and go somewhere else for dinner. This chili wants to act like a night club.

My sister, mom, and I went out to eat last night. When we were finished, my sister paid with a $20 gift card. When she looked at the kiosk to see how much more she had to pay, she discovered that the waiter who processed the gift card added a $16 tip. She asked him to remove that tip and got an attitude. That was a sneaky move and he knew it. Stop with the forced tipping!
