Absolutely best restaurant in town! Our familys love language is Chili’s ❤️ Today hands down was one of the busiest days I’ve seen them have. It was Valentine’s day. With the considerable and reasonable wait time to be seated (30 min), After they sat us service went fast, steady, and the food fresh and hot. Thank you to the managers and staff working so hard and serving so well! We will be continuing to come and eat here!

On a Friday night when a lot of places seem to close at 8 (IYKYK) Chili’s ends up being one of the few reliable spots still open and welcoming. Luckily, it’s also consistently a good choice.
Even with the Friday evening crowd, the service was quick and attentive. Our food arrived promptly and everything tasted fresh. The Crispers were perfectly crispy and the Margarita Grilled Chicken was well-seasoned and nicely grilled with that signature citrus flavor that makes it a standout.
The margaritas were also excellent—cold and a great way to wind down after a long week.
When you’re looking for a dependable place to relax on a Friday night, it’s nice to know Chili’s is still open, serving good food, and doing it well.

I’m not from here (Houston is home ❤️) and was feeling a little homesick, so I decided to stop by Chili’s since it’s always been a comfort spot for me back home. Honestly, it did not disappoint one bit! The food came out looking delicious and tasted even better best believe there wasn’t a single bite left on my plate . What really stood out was the service. The manager, Nelly, personally came by to check in, which made me feel extra welcomed (and I’ll never forget her name because it reminded me of the rapper ). It was such a warm, reassuring experience truly felt like home away from home. Thank you Chili’s for making me feel better! Definitely 5 stars!

They apologize it n the comments and say they’re disappointed it wasn’t great service or sorry or that they’ll work in it. Truth is it’s all Bull CRAP because the service I HAD HERE HAD BEEN BY FAR THE WORST. The comments goes back years they just say it because they have to not because they really feel bad of your experience and they CHANGE NOTHING. If I could give a 0 I would.. it took so much in me to not blowup and walk out. First the restaurant was EMPTY when we walked in. They sat us.. took 20 into take OUR DRINK ORDER.. then after took our order with our appetizer… food didn’t come out for 45 minutes or maybe even LONGER. Asked waiter what’s taking so long said it should be right out waited a bit longer she never came back a manger came and “apologized and gave us a “discount” if -10 for everything we ordered. My kids food was COLD OUR FRIES AND MAC AND CHEESE WERE OLD!!!! We woke up sick and my husband throwing up this morning you guys! this place gave him FOOD POISONING!! On our way to the hospital now… they’re gonna have a law suit coming soon if they’re not careful with their food!!! After reading all the bad and mostly nothing but bad reviews on how the server doesn’t care for the customer and how crappy the service is it goes back 5 years? HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!!!! Pathetic place to eat, worst experience EVER.. don’t waste your time keep driving or go to Texas Roadhouse same price better food and fast service!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. We’ll forever be ROADHOUSE people FAST SERVICE FOOD AND DRINK ARE OUT WITHIN 20 minutes all together!

I gave 2 stars just for the waitress she was super sweet and attentive! Now the host seemed a little irritated when we asked for our party of 9 to be seated together he said they don’t usually have big groups. So we sat at different tables. The tables were both sticky and the kids paper menus were sticking to the tables…. The kids were amused which was good because we waited 40 minutes to receive our food. We did get chips and salsa which the chips on the bottom were stale and had been cooked in old grease as they had weird “spots” on them. Then we get our food kids got Mac and cheese and grilled cheese can’t mess that up but our burgers were way over cooked! Maybe they forgot them on the grill and that’s what took so long. Also there were 2 other families on our side so not busy. Will never ever go here again!

I always get the barbecue ribs and extra fries but I don’t know why you guys never give us the amount of extra fries why is that?. We paid for it like everyone else. I also called to speak to the manager and the young girl who is like 16 or 17 was very hesitant I had to call like 5 times which is outrageous on its own. And she was nervous for no reason its pretty ridiculous customer service. I wasn’t calling to bash anyone over the phone just wanted to speak to the manager and I did end up talking to her but she was no help either. But if you have nothing to hide then why did she want to deny me a phone call to the women manager in the first place? 0/10 do better.

2nd time ordering delivery from here. This last order I cannot give a low enough review for. There was missing food and what was there, looked like a 2 year old cooked it. The burger which was ordered was without tomato and was so thin and overcooked was so not worth the price. The nachos were likewise disappointing to say the least. Needless to say, it unfortunately will be a last time I’m afraid. $65 wasted.
