ordered a chicken breast meal at 8, said it would be ready by 8:30, received the order at 9:02. third time in a row that this has happened when ordering takeout, where it takes an hour. i’ve ordered twice during a weekday, and ordered today on a saturday. workers looked so lost and confused that i almost felt bad for them. prob should’ve just went to mcdonald’s tbh. would not recommend. if you’re gonna drop $20 on a meal, do it somewhere else. definitely won’t be returning lol

We got in and took a few minutes for us to get seated as soon as we got seated had to wait 12min for some one to come take our drink order. So we ordered our food and drinks and the drinks came and looked good, however after a while of waiting our food arrived and thats where everything went downhill. The bourbon steak had 3 mushroom and a couple slices of onions as well as was bathing in a pool of grease. Did not look appetizing at all. When asked to take it back because it did not look like what was shown at all and was definitely not a sirloin cut. The waitress went back and brought back the exact same dish and said that this was the bourbon steak we had ordered. First off why did it looked like a cooked hamster, and secondly WHY WOULD YOU BRING IT BACK?!!!

Lori was amazing! (99% sure that was her name). Her name tag said “26 years of service” under her name and it showed! It was slammed yesterday (Black Friday) and she totally kept her cool and made it such a positive experience. She also genuinely made me laugh like 4 times, just fun person and a great waitress. Food was great, drinks were even better! Our new go to spot when we’re in minot.

Gus was our waiter and he was great. Very attentive and friendly. The food was a little bit of a wait but it was busy so I get it. Our table had 3 people and all of our drinks and food came out current and great. Went at 9:30pm on a Sunday. Definitely will come back.

Went there this evening for supper with friends, got there at 4:30 ordered drinks and appetizers as soon as we got seated got our meal more then a hour later, 2 of us at our table both ordered the chicken tenders plater. French fries were hot chicken tenders were cool to maybe room temp at best, mentioned this to the server he apologized but said he had no idea how soon we would even get our food back if we sent it back. Service was good food was crap, even fast food places at least give hot food. Doubt I will return,

Great experience at Applebee’s! We ordered the chicken burger, fried pickles, French fries, quesadilla, pretzel bread, and breadsticks with Alfredo sauce—everything was delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the appetizers were spot on.
Our server, Gus, was awesome—quick with refills, attentive, and provided great service throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Update Tried it again and I have to say The server Travis redeems this place. Really glad I came back.
Update 0 stars. They said they were going to mail me out something for all of my problems and never did. Very dissatisfied with this place.
Only good thing is open late. 6 items at least they were out of. No vegetarian options and they wouldn’t even comp with a dessert. Out of sides and would still charge the extra money for a salad. Really do better applebees.

Went there this evening for dinner with my wife and kids, sat for 15mins without any acknowledgement from the gathering of servers 10′ away that just ignored our table. Servers walked by numerous times and nothing. Absolutely the worst service we’ve ever had. Ended up going to Badlands and had amazing service and food. Applebees, do better.

The food was sub par. But what made the experience poor was the lack of service. Our waitress stopped by and took our order. She told us she was training a new girl so we may see a different server. Once our food was delivered that was the last we saw of either server. The never return to ask about refills they never check to see if the food was good. One server not sure if it was ours was sitting at a different table looking at a laptop computer. If they didn’t have the kiosk things at the table I wouldn’t have even paid for my food. Needless to say no tip was left.

Very kind staff. As packed as this place was, they stayed professional and ensured us that our food was a priority and kept all of our needs met. Our server, the lady at the door and the manager were all outstanding and professional. Today was our daughter’s 2nd bday and this bday dinner was a good one thanks to the staff here. We are very happy and definitely will be back again for more celebrations.
