This was our first time at this location. The service was good. The food was delicious. The only difference was that I received less chicken than my husband. He received one more chicken strip and I received one less chicken strip. I received three chicken strips and he received four. Other than that, I recommend this location.

Came in on a Saturday night nice and busy waiting for a table was not an option for us so we sat at the bar. Great service and the bar tender was making sure our stay and meals were delivered and made made to our liking great job staff. Will be back and recommend friends and family when out this way to visit this location. Just beware on the weekends may have a bit of parking issues due to other eateries around and not much parking spaces close by.

Honestly, the waiter was really good and sweet, but when my friend said she could get the steak remade because it was salty, mind you, we all tasted it to make sure it wasn’t just her, and the moment I tasted it, I didn’t even close my mouth that’s how salty it was. The manager, I think some older white lady tried making the assumption that it’s her fault for ordering it with seasoning, like no, lady, it was nasty. Maybe the cook accidentally made it a little too salted, and that’s okay, but that attitude of hers was not a good vibe, man.

Wednesday 2:37pm February 11th. My friend and I came in to eat after a shift at work. We’re seated immediately and our order is taken and given in a respectable amount of time. However, no one, NO ONE checked in on us. Everyone around us were getting refills and being checked on regularly, but us?
Nope, we had drinks obviously empty, everyone skipping our tables and only checked in with us after we paid. He asked us if we wanted any boxes but left us waiting. It took him to rush over when we were out the door to ask if we wanted them still. No actually, not anymore. This employee was sitting in a booth with dinning guests upon our entry and continued going over to the table and speaking and sitting with these two ladies. This was an awful experience.

I got a to go order after my husband had a long day at work and unfortunately his ribs had a chuck of hair in it. The hair looked burned at the at the end, i’m hoping the cooks wear hair nets. I called the restaurant and unfortunately the whoever answered the phone was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care. I’m super disappointed with the fact my husband got food that is now inedible and the restaurant doesn’t seem to care.

Chili’s has made a comeback!! My expectations were low when I came into chili’s this past Wednesday 4/23/25 but Chili’s exceeded my expectations with the quality of food and friendly customer service! My wife and I had 2 entrees, 3 appetizers, and two drinks for $50 and some change… talk about Value! We had the triple dipper which was exceptional! The chips and salsa were ok, chips were good. Salsa was flavorless. What blew me away was the double old timer with the seasoned fries. It was absolutely amazing! One of the best tasting burgers I have had in a long time. Shout out to our waiter Anthony, he was attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I left happy and full. I highly recommend this location!

A gift card brought us here for dinner on this weeknight. Parking was wheelchair accessible, generous, and up front, and the lot was not full. The restrooms were clean, wheelchair accessible, and stocked.
The dining room was 3/4 empty as we got there before an evening rush. We were seated right away.
The menu has been upgraded with price increases and some favorites have disappeared. The ‘Three for Me’ menu selection is new since our last visit. A choice of salad or soup, an entrée, and a beverage, with upgrades in every category. My dining partner ordered off this menu: the 6oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, and a dinner salad. The mashed potatoes were better than most, and he said the steak was good. He is easier to please than me. I ordered a chili bowl and a chef’s salad. The chili was a straight up disappointment. The only flavor was salt. Much too much salty. When I commented to the waitress, she said she hears that a lot, and she admitted it was canned. If this is a common problem, why is it allowed to continue? Alongside the chili, I ordered a Caesar Salad. That was also a disappointment. Caesar Salads are not usually made with what appeared to be a spring mix of greens, and what was served was the stem pieces of the greens. The house salad looked better and tasted better too. When it came time to pay, the waitress came by to assist us with the machine, as I said I didn’t care to use it. Again, she said that most people do not like to use it, so she did it. She it required some questions. I refused to do this, so she answered them. If people don’t like that either, why not adapt to what customers like? She was pleasant, but the policies are inflexible. That is a reason to not return, along with the disappointing meal.

Been coming here for years. Great location for happy hour specials sitting comfortably in booth seating and watching a variety of live sports. Was curios when the lava cake recipe changed? We had hard chocolate coating on top of ice cream with chocolate sauce, but was expecting hot fudge exuding out of the chocolate cake. No problem, the dessert was great loved the ‘big bite’ burgers, very flavorful

Loved this Chili’s! My boyfriend and i came here last night after leaving a nearby restaurant where the service was just, well, not great, and we went here instead. What a difference! Friendly staff and great prices. I love the new additions to the menu like the “trio dip” appetizer. That queso was really good! We had a good night at this location thanks to the great waitress that waited on us. Chili’s never disappoints.
