Amazing food! Celebrated my son’s 25th birthday. Food melted in my mouth! Such a relaxing meal. Food came in the perfect timely fashion. Server was pleasant and well informed. It was a memorable birthday meal!

Came to chillis to drink a beer and eats chips alone. Bartender was so funny and had to google the drink I wanted to order to learn how to make it- I appreciated that effort. Asked for a Dos Equis, dressed…., not sure what he thought I meant but it sure was innovative.

Chips weren’t salty enough, my kidneys weren’t crying. They don’t have iodized salt, just flaky chunk salt.

Amya was AMAZING! She was so attentive, had the best energy, and made our whole experience better from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed without ever missing a beat. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Chili’s is lucky to have her. She turned a good meal into a great one, and even though it’s out of our way, we will return because of her.

Chili’s is doing something right! The food was really good, we got the 3 for me and the yummy cheese stick appetizer. I also tried the 6.00 margarita. A plus on the food and service. Will be back!

We came in around 2:30, sat at the bar, were greated and had our order taken. When our soups were brought out the food runner spilled the soup all over the counter and onto my husband. The response was “my bad brother”. No rush to clean it up. They brought another soup and said a quick “sorry about that”. We hadn’t even taken two bites of our soups and our burger and chicken sandwich were brought out. The bartender said “I didn’t space that out, my bad” and walked away. Didn’t even ask if we needed anything else. We had to flag her down to ask for napkins and sides of dressing. She dropped the napkins, dressing and new drinks off but didn’t ask if there was anything else we needed. My husbands chicken sandwich was over breaded and he didn’t eat more than two bites of it. The manager even came behind the bar to order his own food but didn’t even acknowledged us. We had to flag her down again for the check. She again didn’t ask if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. We paid with cash, she gave us our change and stared at us until we sat down her tip. We finished our drinks and left. We won’t go back but wanted to leave a review for anyone else thinking of going in.

The prices for margaritas, beer and mixed drinks are not too bad. But we have found the bartenders at this location to be cold and not very friendly. I wish there were still more “old school” bartenders around who make the bar area a welcoming and warm environment. Unfortunately we avoid this location because of the unfriendliness of the staff. I’m not sure if it’s a generational thing, but they need to hire better people; maybe then we will come back to this location!

We ordered steaks, fajitas, and a burger – the food was ok, but the entire vibe of this location is off. Perhaps it’s a top-down issue with management? I remember when years ago this location had amazing service with kind and friendly staff members, but the service and staff have gone way downhill. Our server was rude, ill tempered, and you could tell that her training was inadequate. Could it be that this manager just doesn’t seem to care about the innate quality of the people that she hires?

I ate the Double bacon cheeseburger “Biggest” it was delicious, my grandpa completely finishing his played literally leaving only crumbs so we both have good reviews. The service was quick and very helpful. The atmosphere was basic felt like any normal restaurant in America but with still it’s own creative touch.
