We haven’t eaten at this Chili’s in 4 years. I remember why. The food really isn’t good. I ordered steak and shrimp fajitas. The shrimp was cold, steak over cooked, and the plate of toppings (rice, bean, old pico, sour cream and shredded cheese) well it was gross.
The rice and beans were ice cold, the pico pretty old, the cheese had been setting out a while it was wilted. Needless to say I did not eat my food or take it with me. My daughter got chicken tenders, fries and Mac. She said hers was pretty good. We will not be back, not for a long while.

Love this place, food comes out bomb everytime, they are family friendly and also have a bar sitting area.

Can never go wrong with Chili’s! Great food with a wide range of options! The young lady nailed my order! Hospitality is on point across the board! Services was excellent, attentive! My Order was quick! I will be back! I ordered the Trio with double steak and chicken! Added guacamole. Black beans and rice! The pico de gallo was fresh and delicious! Thank you!

Throw another staple from the 90s and early 2000s on the scrap heap. Had a party of 15 or so and took 20 min to get seated. Service was slow and the food is just blah. Got the big mouth bites and the meat was dry, flavorless burned on the bottom and no ranch sauce the menu says comes with it. Not remotely worth $16 for 4 small sliders. My gf got chicken nachos that were cold and lacking flavor. Another person at the table ordered fresh fries since they were all brought out cold. Took 3 attempts to get the checks squared away with proper pricing. Won’t be back. Needs a total remodel and revamping of the menu. Obligatory sports on the TVs. Just not good.

I understand that they have been understaffed for an extensive amount of time but this is just gross. Yes, that is a squished bug and probably (hopefully) sauces splatter on the white trim. Food can only taste good when the surrounding area is sanitized and cleaned.

absolutely love love love shua! he’s a great server we don’t come here often but we come if we want good service from shua he’s such a sweetheart! but, the bartender last night refused to sub about tequila in the drink that I wanted because I can’t have tequila, unfortunately every time i’ve had agave it makes me feel sick. Which I thought was kind of crazy because I’ve never been to a restaurant or bar that won’t sub out a liquor for me for a different one. it was such a vibe killer because I probably would’ve gotten three drinks last night for Halloween! Hope you guys talk to your bartender or something because not everyone can have every liquor/ ingredient:(

Great food at a great price! I came at lunch and got the “3 for Me”: appetizer, drink, and entree for 10.99. The citrus vinegarette on my salad was amazing. Burger was delicious and juicy. Collette was a great server/waiter; She was friendly, courteous, attentive, and made great suggestions.

Absolutely miserable experience. Quoted 10 minutes wait. There was one other family waiting. THIRTY minutes later, the lobby was now packed and they said “we’ll try to get you seated soon”. 10 minutes later, (40 minutes after we walked in) they announced it’s going to be at least 15 minutes before they would get anyone sat. Literally not one table was sat the entire 45 minutes we sat there before we left. A giant middle finger to their guests.
