We came to have dinner after playing at Lava Island..when I tell you our server Maya (I hope I’m spelling that right! Sorry if I didn’t!) was absolutely amazing, I mean it. She was prompt when we were sat with asking for our drink order and if we wanted any appetizers. She was so warm and kind and smiled the entire time she served us.
James the General Manager did a table check in with us and he was absolutely delightful. He made sure that we were completely happy and was so personable. He had a conversation with us and really took his time.
The food was nice and hot. Fries were nice and crisp. The fried mozzarella was exactly like the cheese pulls you see all over TikTok. The ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The chicken crispers were so flavorful.
This location is amazing in food and in customer service.

Great start to the service. Double chips and drinks. The margaritas were good. The chips and salsa like I remembered. Good Southwest Egg Rolls. The Cajun Shrimp Pasta needs salt and pepper in it or on the side to add.
Service got slow at the end of the night but that is okay.

This place is cool! Hubby and I come all the time. The servers and managers are great. Most recently we had Duncan serving us and he was lovely. And James the manager really puts the chill in Chili’s. Would absolutely recommend!

Overall it was a good experience, we luckily beat the Sunday lunch rush so our service was good. Chilis food is always good!
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because: the special margarita was really sweet (I like sweet but this was really sweet!), the outside decor is interesting (I knew they were chile peppers but my husband kept thinking they were male genitalia), but the main reason is that I asked for a la carte chicken crispers, just 2-3 not the meal, which our server said they have an order of three, but we were charged for the 3 for Me $15 meal. I didn’t have the whole 3 for Me with app, drink and dessert, just charged full price for the entre. At least now I have another small meal to-go.

I ordered online and it took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready. The togo area is super convenient. All I have to do is ring the bell and pick up my food. Everything was made to order fresh and hot. Good experience overall.

Haven’t been here for a long time. Wasn’t very buy when we got here , but picked up as we were leaving. Noticed some menu changes which seems to happen at a lot of places. Food was good, we had the Bacon Rancher Burger and Chipotle Bowl which I really liked. It was fresh and tasty. Drinks were decent, or server was great. Good casual place.

Her server in the bar could care less if you needed anything. She was slow moving like a snail every time you asked for something she sighed and rolled her eyes. Took forever to get drinks. Appetizer and soups took forever and ended up coming with our food. Food was not as we had ordered it. Overall a very bad experience. Will not be back to this location

2023-Nov. We arrived close to 9 pm on a Saturday.
There were lots of parking spaces available. There were few people inside so we got seated right away.
The facility was clean.
We got served quickly. Our drinks, appetizers, desserts, and meals arrived appropriately. Refills were filled promptly.
The food tastes good and freshly made. The only caveat was some of the chips were stale. It’s ok though since it’s bottomless chips and salsa.

The only reason a Chili’s or other corporate chain can’t be 5 stars is because is just too predictable. Everything is always the same. Nothing to separate it from other chains. That being said, the food was predictability good, the drinks were measured to the ounce. Our server was great. You won’t offend anyone by choosing this restaurant
