We got 2 impossible burger’s yesterday and were not happy with them, we could tell right away something was different, they were dry and seemed liked the patty was a lot more processed than normal impossible whopper we have been eating them since they came out but not any more if this is how they are going to be. P.S. I liked how the impossible used to be wrapped in its own green paper. Staff was great.

I usually enjoy Burger King and have no issues at other locations when using the Royal Perks app. At every other Burger King I’ve visited, if I use a perk (like biscuit and hash browns), the staff asks what type of sandwich I’d like and even allows simple substitutions like switching coffee for a soda if I don’t drink coffee.
However, at this location, the morning manager refuses to do that. She insists that I must take exactly what’s listed in the perk no sandwich changes, no drink substitutions. One time, I simply wanted a croissant instead of a biscuit (not an upgrade, just different bread), and she wouldn’t allow it. Another time, I asked to switch coffee for a soda and was told “no, it has to be coffee.”
The crazy part is, right after leaving this store, I went to another Burger King and had no problem using the same code. That manager let me pick the sandwich I wanted and had no issue with a small substitution.
What makes it worse is that other managers at different Burger Kings do make these adjustments, and when I asked another manager about it, they even told me: “That’s why we’re busy, and that store is not.”
This morning manager is, unfortunately, terrible for customer service. She makes the experience frustrating, and honestly, I’d rather not come to this Burger King at all when she’s on duty. A simple change shouldn’t cause a customer to feel unwelcome or drive them away.
I hope upper management takes note of this because I like Burger King, but this one manager is giving the store a very bad reputation.

This Burger King recently got a big remodel and rejuvenation! The dining room is clean and modern. Parking lot and landscaping were redone too.
Dora took my order and made sure I was aware of the specials. She was very friendly and welcoming. After many, many swing and miss moments at this Burger King and other locations over the years, this visit shows promise that Burger King is moving in the right direction. At least for this location.

I love burger king I really do but this location at 11 pm was the absolute worse ive ever encountered ever at any burger king. The food was horrible. I dont ever complain but ibhave to this time. Management must known. Fries were gross, tasted like days old. Burger was not fresh and old. Onion rings I was given like 5 way lower than what I was supposed to get. My friend got food as well she couldn’t even eat ot because it was all so bad. So angry I spent $50 and it was all gross. Don’t know what else to say. Mini cinnabuns were cold and dried out. Nothing about my order was good. I will fight for refund on this one

I actually have a Burger King much closer to my house (1001 Willa Springs Dr), but I’d rather drive to this one because the service here is on another level. The other location could use a whole new team—you can literally feel the attitude through the screen.
But at THIS location? Pedro was amazing. He was super kind, patient, and even took the time to let us know about the latest bundles and how to save money on our meal. He made ordering easy and stress-free, which is rare these days. Pedro deserves a raise
