Manny was amazing! He was our waitress for this evening and he exceeded our expectations. We never had a waitress that was on top of things like he was. He was friendly, had a smile, remembered what we ordered, and even acknowledged the children.
The food was great! It arrived to us faster than what we expected. It was fresh, delicious and hit the cravings we had.

Today at 4:00pm – 4:20pm, I had an especially terrible experience with the to go staff member calling herself Mariana. She has blonde highlights, dry matte unblended makeup, and a horrible attitude. Upon,
walking into the chilies she rolled her eyes as she walked up to me to ask me a question without a greeting and a twisted face. I believed her actions were because of her personal bias against people like me. Once I begin to respond she cut me off saying “Uh” and turning back to walk away without getting the order. To ensure that her disrespectful unprofessional behavior was fully communicated she laughed.

At this point after our second interaction,
she actually did her job and put in the order that should have been done by the time I got there. The order was placed online. This made the wait even longer for the food. The food came from the kitchen she repeatedly moved the food around touching it with NO GLOVES.

I called her on her behavior and she didn’t have the decency to offer a sincere apology for the poor customer service. “ I’m sorry if you took it that way”. It was rude and unnecessary. She should not be working with the public. There was another person there who notice what she did and reacted to it. I would never eat here who knows what they’re doing to your food if they hire people like this to their staff.

Chili’s delivered an excellent dining experience with both good food and outstanding service. The staff was attentive and made sure everything arrived quickly and just right. The Fajita Trio was a standout—served sizzling hot with tender, perfectly seasoned steak, chicken, and shrimp. The Cajun Pasta was equally delicious, with a rich, creamy sauce and just the right amount of spice, complemented by flavorful chicken. The combination of tasty dishes and fast, friendly service made the visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I visited last night and food was horrible. I ordered the 3 for deal, burger, soup and drink. My burger was burnt, hard crunchy mess. I told the waitress and she offered a remake which I declined and said I was ready to pay for the soup I had consumed which was part of the meal deal. She said she would talk to manager to see what needed to be done. To my surprise the manager never showed up to see what was the problem, totally unacceptable. Chili’s do better!

The food was good. The service was horrendous. My girlfriend and I both ordered 3 for me combos. Our server Diego forgot everything we ordered during the two second walk to the computer we were seated right by. I guess he decided to not place the order on his personal toast tablet and instead place the order from the larger monitor. Our entrees came out first, then our sides after reminding him what they were, and finally our drinks came out last after again reminding him what they were. No refills. I never received the honey mustard I asked for multiple times. I had a sneaking suspicion every item was going to be put in separately and I was correct. The manager had to fix the check. At the end of the meal Diego asked us if we would lie on the survey and say everything was amazing… 45th & Lamar is the only chilis you can go to in this town.

The food was fresh and delicious. I got the fajitas which I had to take home it was so much. I feel like the prices have increased but that’s the trend nowadays. Considering we all left with to-go boxes, you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff was friendly. Amaya is like Flash. We were laughing at how you would ask for something and it would miraculously appear. She wouldn’t interrupt your conversation or field of vision. The entire staff had an amazing sense of humor and even the guests were a delight. It was my baby cousins birthday and anyone that would pass by would deliver a kind birthday greeting. No complaints about this visit whatsoever. Hats off to you all. You deserve it!

This has always been our usual business meeting spots, every time we’ve come. Food always amazing, today it wasn’t. My Co workers and boss order there usual pick 2 barbecue plate with half rack ribs, chicken tenders, Mac and cheese with fries. Mary-Ann had always been our server, she’s always perfect and taken care of us. When they received there food, ribs were overcooked/burnt the meat was so dried it was like they were chewing on jerky. The chicken tenders was undercooked or bad batch, usually you can pull apart the chicken tender but it was flimsy and texture was rubbery. My other boss order a bacon burger just with bacon, ketchup and mustard. Nothing dairy due to he’s lactose, they accident put mayo on the burger and it was in plain sight on the burger. He gotten it remade which they used the same patty from the mistake and swap the bun. Add the correct condiments, he acknowledge it was the same burger just a different bun. Didn’t touch it, my boss asked for the Manager. His name was Hector and she politely expressed we hold our regular meetings here and today the food was completely off and etc. Hector was quick to answer he was the cook and was the one who made our meals, mind you. If you’re the manager, where are your cooks? Managers oversee things, he could’ve admitted he was short-handed or cook was off today. Would’ve understand but he was rude and disgruntled because he saw nothing wrong with the food but you can clearly see no one touched there plates because visually it was not appetizing. I personally go to the one in Pflugerville and know what how it should look because I never had issues from that location. Hector didn’t want to accept or understand our occasions so my boss asked if the food be taken off since we didn’t touch it but we would post for the drinks. He again came off disrespectful and argumentive, we would’ve been fine offered a gift card was offer and/or apology. Didn’t do neither, kept pressing the matter asking so you’re not going to pay for the food?! My boss was firm about it due to no one touched there food and we expressed our concerned if it was safe to eat, after 5-10 confrontation. He agreeded to take food off, my boss asked for receipt. Also asked for business card, corporate number or email to discussed about the situation how the Manager handled himself in front of us which we are Managers as well. My boss is a DM with 3 other DMs in training, we come from customer service background as well. He was not customer service friendly at all, Hector got even more upset. Started going back and forth again about the situation and asked why did he ask for his name in the beginning, you’re the Manager of this facility. Why was it problem asking for your name to respectfully discuss with you about the issue that could’ve been descalated if he just apologized and/or attempted to make it right, instead gets upset and cutting off my bosses, my Co workers regards of the service that was provided. Mary-Ann was our server and always have been since we’ve held our meetings there, she’s amazing!! We’re thankful for her accommodating our concerns but Hector, needs more training or replaced with someone who can handle themselves properly as a Manager. You’re representation of the business, no reason to get out of character over bad service that he admitted to be the one who cooked the food. He needs to stay out the kitchen and actually be a Manager.

My server Victoria was amazing! My survey timed out but I wanted to express how good her service was. She was so sweet and attentive, she met my needs right away! She gave great updates on my meal status, recommended a good (and strong) drink that was pretty cheap! Yum! I got the classic triple dipper and it came out within 7-10 minutes, and she made sure everything was to my liking. A true gals gal, she made my solo date fun! I will definitely be back, this is now my favorite chilis!

Food quality was poor. Quesadilla Explosion Salad was so spicy my wife couldn’t eat it. The Ultimate Cajun Pasta had shrimp that was gamey tasting, like it wasn’t fresh. Food from this location has gone downhill fast!
