Daughter and fiancé took us out to eat after helping them move

I am disappointed in the serving size that I received at Chilis at Bandera location. Left side is my kids chicken pasta and right is the choose 2 fajitas plate. I feel like I got served a kids plate. I paid over $20 for my fajitas. I ordered pickup and left a tip. Chilis you have to do better on serving sizes especially when we are paying over $20 a plate. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service and food! I went here yesterday just before 5pm and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was very attentive, checking on us and filling drinks often (I think her name is Kaitlyn – great kindness!)
My parents and I all ordered the 3 for me deal. Food arrived hot and fresh. Burgers were cooked perfectly and my chicken was hot and flavorful. Great price for the amount of food! Would return to this chilis again.

The server was exceptional with all of us. We had dinner. This time was a hit and miss. My Surf and Turf was not good. The shrimp was too spicy, and the steak was overcooked dry. My family was able to enjoy their dinner. Everything else was good, just my food was not. I don’t think a second try will happen soon.

I had a great experience at this Chili’s thanks to Shea! She greeted me at the door with the kindest smile, and her energy stayed just as genuine the whole time. She ended up being my server as well, and she constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests, she was helping everyone around her with such a positive attitude.
A huge thank you to Shea for making my visit amazing. She’s an absolute standout and made the whole experience feel welcoming and memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

We had Kyle as our waiter tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely funny.
What really stood out was his ability to handle a challenge. When the restaurant briefly ran out of clean silverware, Kyle handled the setback with ease. He quickly brought plastic silverware as a great alternative and proactively let surrounding tables know about the delay before it could inconvenience anyone.
He was clearly managing several tables, but he maintained a fantastic attitude and his comical demeanor made the entire dining experience enjoyable.

Picked up to go order. No utensils. Watered down drinks. Smaller entrees. Food quality down. Higher prices. All negatives to me. Management should worry. Seeking other options.

Our server Shay was incredibly sweet and helpful. She gave us good recommendations and went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible. For instance, a window blind wouldn’t go all the way down and the sun was shining right in my mom’s eyes, so she improvised and used a couple menus to block the sunlight temporarily. We never told her that this was for my birthday lunch with family and she still made our visit special!

Came in wanted a decent steak for dinner my steak was supposed to be medium rare it came out looking like a pork chop. It didn’t taste like a ribeye it might have tasted like a sirloin. The color wasn’t red or anything close no blood at all. I won’t be back horrible experience!!!

Food was good, the bartender was super nice, the smells were delicious. I sat at the bar and had the el presidente margarita(phenomenal) . Lol.(2 actually). Anyways, I ordered the fajitas, my daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I had a great dinner experience. I just absolutely love spending my money at a place where people are friendly, food is good and the whole ambiance had a comfortable and laid back way.
