Ordered the Three for me. Spicy crispy chicken sandwich and my wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which came with a choice of soup or salad and drink and also fries. Was very good and good size of chicken. The service was great, we were greeted by Ashley and she was so sweet and helped us with our order and as soon as we got our food, the manager Ivey, which to me, was so amazing to have a manager come to your table to make sure we were happy with everything. Kudos to Ivey, Ashley for your outstanding service, I will be back for a hamburger next time! FYI, there prices for this special were about $21 dollars, not bad!

Meet a friend for lunch and everything and everyone was fantastic. Parker was our waiter and was always making sure we were doing well. The manager also stopped by. Staff was friendly, service was quick. I had the Mushroom cheese burger. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, which they normally only offer medium to well. They met my request.

So I came in today and I ordered some food, drinks and queso and was with family. The server was really nice and was attentive. The one bringing the chips on the other hand is a different story, not only did he bring my food to a different table making it get cold but even when he brought it to us be didnt say a word or acknowledge us as guests even. When he brought the queso to the table he slammed it down scaring my child and just walked away, very unprofessional. He had glasses somewhat long hair I heard someone address him as Able so id assume thats his name.

What is going on in that kitchen? I’ve ordered the same quesadilla multiple times and every time I say NO jalapeños. Every. Time. And somehow, like clockwork, you throw them in anyway. It’s not a mystery, it’s not a riddle — just follow the instructions. If this is too advanced, maybe switch to coloring books instead of cooking.

Our server, Liz, was amazing! She was attentive, polite, and cheerful. Liz made frequent rounds to check on us and made the experience one of the best while eating out.

Do I come here way too often? 100%. I love dragging coworkers there after work since its close and I can get all the tea from other departments. Staff are friendly without being overbearing. Highly recommend the drinks as the mixes are great. And of course food is always yummy. Place is clean and perfect for the work goss!

This place saved the day! We had planned to meet some of our work family for dinner for my husband’s birthday!! The first party my husband has had in over 10yrs!
I called somewhere else and asked if they could seat a party of 15 they told us no problem until we got there and they wanted to put us in 2 back to back booths and 1 across. Ummm no. So in a quick last minute scurry I found this Chili’s 4mins away! I called hoping but doubting they could help. The gentleman who answered said he would see what they could do and to give him a min. He quickly came back and said they could help. We got the directions to those who had not arrived at the other evil place and off we went.
When we got there our table was already set up and our server was super sweet. We had the best time and my hubby was very happy

Nothing beats the chilis 3 for 11 deal. Chips were hot and salty. Salsa was pretty good. The smash burger and fries were delicious. You really cannot find a better deal. The service was overall good. I would definitely return in the future.
