Gloria is truly exceptional at what she does. She is one of the hardest working bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. No matter how busy it gets she handles everything with grace efficiency and a genuine smile. I have never once heard her complain she stays positive and focused even under pressure.
What really sets Gloria apart is her attentiveness. She knows exactly what I like and has it ready without me even having to ask. That level of awareness and customer care makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. You can tell she takes pride in her work and values her customers.
Her kindness professionalism and consistency make her a tremendous asset to the team. Establishments are better because of people like Gloria Chapa

I’ve been living in cave for over a year since my mama died and decided I need to get out and see the sun! Didn’t want nothing crazy so I went to chilis and sat at the bar by myself and ordered a margarita on the rocks. The bartender there by the name of Gloria Chapa I believe made me feel so at home and had that southern language that made her feel like family! She served me some chips and the three dipper which I loved! I love guacamole and queso and salsa perfect combo with my margaritas! She introduced to her regulars I believe cause they all seem to know her and she knew all their drink orders which was refreshing to see! I even exchanged numbers with a cutie she introduced me too another great friend I met out in the world. I only see this type of thing on like old movies lol. She served everyone with grace and took care of all of us at the same time and managed brief off n on convos with all of us and made sure we were all good. Felt like having drinks with family and as Gloria as the hostess and bartender it was one of the best hospitalities for me in a long time. I love Chili’s! It’s the only place I wana go to when feeling sad, after a hard day of work, or what I think of fun on my day off! I thankyou for that Gloria and thankyou Chilis for a warm welcoming environment. Nobody can say anything bad about that place.

We Always go for special occasions and birthdays, the staff is always Friendly and attentive. I especially enjoy it when the Manager GINA is working. She goes around asking the guests if their meals are okay, and stays and chats when she remembers you. If there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it. My family and I love it here.
