Fantastic family dinner and outstanding management!
We had an amazing experience at Chili’s tonight! The atmosphere was great. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff treated us with incredible kindness.
I have to give a special shout-out to the manager Laura. It was such a pleasure, watching her move through the restaurant. She was on top of everything while treating her staff was so much respect. Her leadership release sets the tone for the whole place.
My son said the burgers are fantastic, and my other son Couldn’t stop raving about his steak – It was cooked perfectly. Honestly, you can’t ask for anything more. We left full and happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here today! My family and I like to have options when going out to eat but it seems that every other time we always choose Chilis! My wife always gets the tenders, one kid loves the mini burgers from the kids meal, while the other enjoys the 6oz sirloin steak! As for me, can’t go wrong with the Triple Dipper. And for dessert, we all share the Molten Lava Cake…. delicious!

I absolutely loved this place! Although I didn’t get a chance to snap any photos of our meals mine or my husband’s I can honestly say the food was outstanding. Every bite was delicious, and the entire experience made for a truly enjoyable lunch date. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in to the moment we left warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The food came out quickly, was perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was clean, calm, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Greeted by manager Laura and served by Jake was a great experience !! Jake was Attentive, fast, and served my children first; before adult’s food was out. The manager was amazing stopped by the table to check on us. She stopped by close by tables, to ck on guests and make a connection. Highly recommend this location on San Bernardo in Laredo, tx. This was our first visit to Chili’s but it won’t be our last. The food was delicious and the portions were very large. Our server Jake was great. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad it was huge and full of flavor.
