Our server, Payton, and the restaurant general manager, Russell were very attentive and accommodating in addressing our questions regarding individual food allergies. Payton checked on us repeatedly throughout our visit. I highly recommend this young man as your server.

I had half a rack of baby back ribs and Nashville hot chicken tenders.
The ribs tasted like they were sitting around for awhile, chicken was good but not spicy hot at all.

My wife, granddaughter, and I eat here almost every other Friday night. We are used to great meals here at good price. Something was terribly wrong with this visit, or they made drastic changes. We are so unhappy with the visit. The only saving grace was our server Levi, who stayed on top of things. He also apologized three times when the food wasn’t out yet. I had steak and shrimp fajitas and my wife had the margarita chicken. Both meals were cold. Not cool, I mean cold. The black beans and rice sides with the fajitas were cold. The beans were refrigerator temperature in the middle. The fajita steak and shrimp was cold. No sizzle plate. So cold I removed the iron inner plate with my hand and just held it up to show my wife. I ate the rice and black beans, but didn’t touch the steak or shrimp and brought them home. The serving size was half what I got the last time I ordered it. I took a picture and posted. Six small pieces of steak, eleven shrimp. I think the shrimp was about the normal serving size, but the steak was very small. I brought it home to heat it up, because I have no desire to eat ices cold fajitas. Please step up the game chili’s, we except more from you.

Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was not good at all. The burger looked good but had weird flavors and we felt it was not fresh. The drink was tasty. Love the Memphis hot sauce. We didn’t return any food . We paid and left.

The service was wonderful! Cyrus was our server and he was amazing! No complaints whatsoever besides the cheese fries I ordered were kind of off , but I didn’t want to be the one to complain , but Cyrus and the manager Anthony made sure my coworker and I were satisfied regarding the fries. Anthony didn’t have to go out his way to handle it , but he did . Thank you chili’s I definitely will be back .

Have some really attentive and nice servers here. Bartender was great, good attitude should have gotten her name for a shout out. Obviously under good management. Smart money comes here for lunch these days, good bang for your buck. McDonald’s would cost more for less!

Oliver was my server, and he was amazing! Very attentive and made sure we were all good and taken care of. Went for my friend Gabby’s birthday and he did a wonderful job of making sure she felt special. Amazing server!! I would definitely come back to ask for him specifically.

Our server was great. The food was cooked well but it lacked seasoning. The cheese fries were over cooked and dry. The salad was great , Sweet tea was great. They were very busy food took a little while to come out but I would go again maybe better next time.

We had the Alex’s Santa Fe burger and fries. It was delicious!! One of the best restaurant burgers I have had in a long time. Our waitress, Morgan, was fantastic. She made sure I stayed hydrated and was happy and friendly. We also requested the burger be cut in half, and the kitchen not only cut it in half, but served it to us on separate plates with fries. We appreciated the wonderful experience.

The food was ok. It’s just normal, nothing spectacular. The fries were soggy and barely warm. Service is very good. There is plenty of attention from the wait staff. The lunch specials are priced well.
