Took my Godson here after church. Asked for the surf and turf sirloin medium well. Just eating my leftovers today. This steak is not medium well. More like medium rare.
Asked for the blackberry tea to go. Received sweet tea instead which did not agree with my stomach. Will probably NOT be returning anytime soon. Will go to Cheddars where I can atleast get their amazing croissants as a free appetizer.

They’re burgers are pretty good and you can’t beat the price. Lately service has been really good, I don’t know if they got a new manager or something. Would definitely recommend.

Heidi was my family’s server on tonight. We were a large group and the level of patience she had was impeccable. The food came out so quick 10 minutes max. She made sure we were all satisfied, comfortable, and was so humble with us. The manager came and greeted us with such a sweet spirit and made sure my family was taken care of as well. From start to finish this experience was the best. Jasmine was a wonderful waitress. Oh also the crew who assist also was great as well. At one point we actually called out the manager to let them know how good their people are with no problem she came out to agreed to us. This is one of the best experiences that we have ever had thank you for hiring people by Jasmine. I’m the rest of her crew.

The service here is unmatched. We had the pleasure of being served by Davia, who truly went above and beyond to make our dinner special. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered fantastic recommendations for both food and drink selections. Our glasses were never empty, the food arrived perfectly timed, and her warm, welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. This was more than just a meal, it was a wonderful experience thanks to her outstanding hospitality. Ask for Davia when you come and you won’t be dissatisfied. We will definitely be back!

It’s been a few years since my family and I have been to a Chili’s, the restaurant has really been going down hill for a while now. I had two gift cards from Christmas that I needed to use so we decided to go. It was a Friday night and I expected long wait lines and food times because that’s what it use to be. Well let me tell you that I am so glad we went out today! They have really turned it around at this location! The menu had a larger variety of options. There were no wait times, the food came out fast, hot and delicious!! The best part was Heidi our server, she made sure we had everything we needed, drinks were flowing, never needed to ask for anything, she knew what we needed before we needed it! Ask for Heidi when you dine there, you will not be disappointed!!!! We will definitely be back!

Ok so it is chillis so you already know the food is good. But what sets this location apart from all the other ones is the service and the feel of the place. I like the servers they are happy to be working and do not lie about the food. Ask them what they eat and watch how they live to tell you what they find good. Maybe you will find a thing you like as well. I think you will like this one location for sure.

I decided to go here and take my Uncle David with me. He and my husband and I had a lovely meal together and we had a great time. The staff was very attentive and when I tell you they did an absolute fantastic job. It was great for a family experience and I just had nothing but great things to say about the staff and the value for the money in terms of the food. I definitely will return. I used to go here many years ago when I worked at Port Houston and this just made me remember why I enjoyed frequenting this establishment.

Also Ms Blanca, head of the kitchen, Awesome seasonig! Been in the Ambulance for many years! And this Chillys hit the spot! God bless for caring!!
