I had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our fantastic waitress! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full. She took the time to explain the menu and gave great recommendations. Our food arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly. Her positive attitude and genuine care made our meal even better. Definitely a 5-star service that made our visit memorable! Highly recommend asking for Tamera when you go.

I am an observer, when walked in the place was clean and the atmosphere felt calm. We were seated quickly. Our servers was Tamera, she was polite and made sure we were taken care of for our time there. We enjoyed dinner and will be back. Maybe we will get T again

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our waitress T! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly right, and she had such a positive attitude that made the whole meal even better. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Excellent service—definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had here! If you wish for her to be your server ask for Tamera or T!!

Didn’t really know that the GMs of these restaurants came out and talked with us folks. Mrs Amber and myself had a great conversation and it seemed like she was genuinely concerned with the service I received and the customers experience and response to how the restaurant is doing and if i thought anything could be better. I don’t come out here often but wolill definitely make this my spot miving forward in the near future. So needless to say but i will. Great experience. Will be back.

I want to start with I’ve never been to a chili’s before and my husband and I wanted to try it out. So my husband had gone to one before and he said his experience was great the first time mine was definitely not. My food was not hot my cheese fries were cold so were my husbands. His steak was rare when he ordered a medium steak. Mine was a medium as well they got that one right. It’s over priced for everything. It’s loud, you can’t even have a conversation without talking loud over the crowd. This table talk was loud the whole time we were there and they’re been there way before we even got to our table. I don’t mean to be a Karen but this place is not worth the time and place. If you have the patience to work with kind waitresses, they have very patient staff.

Order my food and had it delivered it was supposed to be a medium 10oz steak and when it got here the steak was completely burnt on the outside and super well done on the inside where I could not even eat it. I’ve never had an issue with this place since I moved here until now but I’ve sure heard a lot of bad things and I kept telling those people that I’ve never had a problem with it that they should give them another shot. Probably won’t be saying that anymore. On top of all of this, door dash said the only thing that they could do for me was give me 10 dollar credit and I paid 40. Very very disappointing

This is one of the few chain restaurants we still go to. We usually only eat local. The cheese sticks are a must for us. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly. It’s laid back and can get a tad loud but that’s to be expected in a bar and grill. We feel it’s ok to take our family in there and enjoy a fun time. The prices are about the same as anywhere else as can be expected.

Our waitress, Roxie, was a doll! Very attentive and on top of things! We have had not great experiences with others, but she was great! Roxie, Jacob, and Melyssa are your best choices!
