We were seated quickly as a family of four having lunch on Sunday after church. We received our food quickly as well. I did ask for my kids drinks to be delivered with their food and not before so they won’t get full on juice before their food arrive. Unfortunately, juice was delivered before food, I politely moved it out of their reach until our food arrived. I ordered the Southwestern Eggrolls, my husband ordered the loaded cheese fries, one kid ordered cheese chicken pasta with oranges, my other child potato soup and side salad.

I am rating this a 3 because the server was so friendly when we sat down at the bar, they were very prompt with order, but did after that we kind of got lost. Our food was served. I had to eat with two coffee stirrers that I used like chopsticks until I could finally get someone’s attention to get a fork. But I guess what to expect. It’s chilies. I wasn’t done. I wanted another drink, but it was so at the end of our meal by time we were asked again that i was ready to go.

Stopped in for a nice early supper, and it was the right call! The restaurant was spotless. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. Every interaction we had with the staff was upbeat, and ever the manager Eddy stopped by our table to say hello. Our order was perfectly done, I had the brisket burger, and the husband had the secret sauce burger. We split the skillet queso and left stuffed.

I came in with my family for a late dinner and had a great experience. They were very attentive and accommodating to our large group of 14. Both our waitress and the manager (I’m assuming) made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and desert was delicious. Thank you to the waitress who took care of us, wish I would’ve gotten her name. Service like yours is greatly appreciated! ❤️

I had visited this place with my family and it was the best. The atmosphere and the appearance of the place was just so wonderful. We could hear some people happy and laughing. The service was just as wonderful. The server was so kind and helpful. The little games on the iPad was really fun. The food was so good. I really like this Chili’s. 10/10

The waitress was just not there for us. Waited so long for my jalapeños for my nachos they got cold. Never asked if we wanted a refill. The young man who seated us was more helpful so I tipped him more than the waitress. Won’t be going back.

Upon entering it took a while for us to be greeted which was placated by our wonderful host to accommodate a disability we requested a table seat which was followed by a additional 5 minute wait which wasn’t an issue and gave time to use the facilities before being seated by our sever . Our order was promptly taken and appetizer of chips and salsa brought out with haste the water and lemon was a refreshing palate cleaners which also arrived in a timely manner . The chips salsa and queso arrived well prepared and abundant the queso was a little salty but combined with the salsa created a melody of flavors . For our main course we had the quesadilla Explosion salad and triple dipper with fried pickles crispy chicken crispers and southwestern egg rolls cooked to perfection the addition of shrimp to the quesadilla explosion salad made it crispy and unique with even one of the staff lauding over never having seen shrimp added to the salad . One issue was with the presto pos system not readily accepting gift cards which was remedied by eddy who courteously and professionally handled manually inputting the aforementioned gift card expediting our check out a model employee or manager . This was the perfect Sunday outing .needless to say the service was five star including accommodating my need to not watch the cowboys game while dining . Would recommend this location after church on a Sunday .

Received notification that order was ready at 10:37pm. Arrived at the restaurant and checked in at 10:44pm. Called the restaurant at 10:54pm when order had not been received and call was not answered. Went to the side and the front of the building to knock on windows and was ignored at 11:00pm (doors were locked). Finally at 11:05 when I went back and knocked on the front window loudly, two men looked up and had someone who identified as the manager (African American female) bring out the food. This was such a disappointing experience. The manager stated she would sent coupons which did not soothe the experience honestly.
