Food is always great, especially when it comes to the pulled pork. Junior was great at the register and made sure I had everything that I needed, great customer service experience.
Like other folks, I’ve noticed prices go up and the amount of food go down—I’d love to see extra value for increased prices and more meat instead of less.

It’s frustrating that the meal proportions are widely variable based on the employee making your meal. We visit this Cafe Rio almost weekly, because their food is delicious and affordable. However, we never know what we’re going to get. Today’s SALAD left us with about the lettuce proportions of a taco. It’s just unreliable service.

Well it’s very unfortunate that the amount of meat we get depends on the employee that’s serving at the moment. We ordered two burritos and the amount of meat was so little that we barely tasted it. It was mostly rice and beans as you can see. Very disappointing experience because we like the food but when the amount of meat depends on one person gets tricky to consider coming back. There should be measuring spoons that way we know exactly the amount of protein we’re getting and if it’s worthy ordering extra meat.

We would like to give 5 stars to our favorite dining area attendant — her name is Marisol. She has always treated us so kindly and with the best customer service. Whenever she’s around, she makes us feel welcome and excited to come back to Cafe Rio.
She is so friendly and caring. Our kids always look around for the “nice lady” because we couldn’t remember her name at first — that’s how special she made us feel. We’re always happy to see her when we visit!

We go to this Cafe Rio at least once a month. I’ve never left a review because we’ve never been that impressed with their customer service.. But tonight we went through the drive-through and we were blown Away by the amazing service of Malachi. He was so nice, and friendly. He absolutely deserves a shout out for providing the best customer service we’ve ever had at any Cafe Rio.

I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the conduct of one of your employees. On my recent visit (03/07…9pm) I was disappointed by the behavior of a female staff member who was consistently shouting and using offensive language and profanity in Spanish.
It appeared she was under the impression that customers would not understand her; however, her behavior was both obvious and highly unprofessional. This is particularly concerning given that your business promotes a family-friendly environment. Furthermore, it was discouraging to see that her coworkers did not address her behavior or attempt to maintain a professional atmosphere.
I value your business, but this experience was very unpleasant. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

Had an enjoyable experience tonight.
Came in about an hour before closing for takeout and was greeted with pleasant music, great smells, and everything looked really clean.
I ordered two beef barbacoa enchiladas, but had to wait a couple of minutes for the batch to finish. I was offered a free drink and told i would be informed if i would like to sit and wait for the beef to finish.
I did not mind at all, and the wait was shorter than expected.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would definitely come again.
The employee who assisted me was Ethan, and he made me feel very welcomed and was incredibly assistive and polite.

This place is the closest one to me so I keep giving them a chance. Every time I go something is wrong with my order. Today i decided to order ahead and come in to pick up. My pick up time was 3:50. I was told they ran out of guacamole and if i wanted to sub. I did sure do queso.at about 4:05 I’m handed two salads and no drink so I’m confused. I studio back and look in the bags and it’s not even close to my order so i assurance in line again to give it back. The guy takes it back and about 10 min later finally hands me my one salad worth cups and guac. I thought they were out of guac? They had one guy working the drive through, inside, amd pick up counters. He kept jumping back and forth from touching screens to touching good and packing things up never changing gloves. I felt bad that he had to do so much by himself. Got home and there were beans in my salad when i said no beans

I had one of the worst customer experience with the employees, as much as I love the food I thought the employees would be good too but when I asked if I can have the sauce in my bowl she started giving me dirty looks just because of that. I was feeling like I was being judged by the employees, I even said sorry but she just kept on looking at me weirdly. Also one of the other employee gave us very little rice and I had to keep on asking for more. I am disappointed because the restaurant should have better employees who treat customers with respect. I’m not saying that customers are always right but at least show a little kindness.
